Stand your ground (pun intended.) Maintain the FUCK out of your frame. Act like it's them that's weird for not liking guns. If they're cool, they'll come around. Then you can take them to the range. If they're "triggered" (pun intended again!) by your guns, and don't come around then they weren't qualified to be with you, anyway, so fuck'em.

This goes waaay beyond shit tests. The past generation has been conditioned to feel an irrational emotional response to guns via extreme media propaganda: false flag attacks, scare mongering, 'terrorism', 'ASSAULT weapons'. Only police should have guns. Daddy government can protect you what do you need guns for? There was a recent hitpiece on msm "real men dont need guns". I even heard a song where google censored the word 'gun'.

You'll hear gun owners talk about "self-defense", sport shooting, "cuz it's fun", but it's all bullshit. Having guns is about keeping your government at bay when it feels the desire to assert tyranny. The second ammendment is the only thing upholds the all the others.

You're a plugged-in motherfucker if you trust your government to have your best interest at heart. I dont even know where to begin. False flags + hired crisis actors (intentional government/corporate murder conspiracy or staged event to get rid of competition, distract from real issues, or further propaganda)? Private prisons (government obligation to satisfy 90% occupancy quota or pay fees)? FEMA camps (unmarked or 'family grounds' with inward pointing fences)? Mass surveillance (not for terrorism, but to track those with free thought and sell data to advertisers)? Family courts (intentional destruction of family units and oppression of males for profit and power)? Child protection Agency (legal kidnapping and child trafficking to sell kids for adoption)? FDA (bought out by Big Food and Big pharma to allow poison and contaminants in your food, drinking water, and pharmaceuticals)? Sting rays? (Devices placed in police vehicles that fakes the identity of a phone tower to spy on your cellular activities and used as evidence in court without having to prove the origin of such information)? No punishment for police brutality and murder (slap on the wrist)? Censoring truth in MSM? Intentionally bringing trash from Africa and the middle east to populate rural areas despite knowing the disaster it has been in Europe? Forcing kids to learn about queer studies and trannies? Framing all 'adhd' and 'autism' school tests as anything that doesnt include shutting up, sitting quietly in your seat, and listen to authority composed of morons and soaking in bullshit for 8hrs/day 5days/week in daycare prison. Encouraging kids to take out large loans for useless degrees so that they're debt slaves. Forcing kids to take indoctrination courses as part of their college curriculum. Making weed and all of its derivatives illegal so big pharma does have competition and private prisons stay filled up (vast majority of prisoners are non violent offenders). Government intentionally decreasing yellow light times by tiny amounts to increase traffic tickets.

It goes on and on and on. If you're against guns, its because you know none of these things. You've been brainwashed into thinking killing and harming those who wish to do you harm and oppress you is wrong. Always listen to authority. Listen to a person when they disciss the times when they think its appropriate to defend themselves. There's always some virtue signaling disclaimer followed by some crazy hypothetical circumstance.

The government acts just like women. They constantly push the boundary to see what they can get away with. They creep gradually, boiling the frog slowly.

The males of your ancestral line kept the tribe safe so that the women could have a safe place to nurture children. This allowed our species to perpetuate. Men who did a poor job of keeping their tribes safe were wiped out of the gene pool when they were murdered and had their women abducted by adversarial tribes.

We're psychologically wired accordingly--preparedness against the threat of violence is a masculine trait, and you shouldn't expect women to understand.

If she gives you shit and you feel compelled to address it at all (I wouldn't), just say you've accepted responsibility for the safety of yourself and anyone else you care about. Leave at that and let her deal with it.

Your point about women in the city hating weapons is spot on. I carry a little kershaw assisted opener with me, and both the women and the manginas shit their panties if I pull it out for any reason.

But honestly dude, I'm curious why your weapons are out where bitches can see them. You never know when she's gonna go crazy, if she might grab at the weapon in the heat of the moment, tell her friends that you have guns that are easy to steal, etc. And if shit ever goes south between y'all, being a gun owner in the more liberal parts of the country will give any lies she spews about you being abusive or threatening more credence.

I lived with 3 guys for two years in college, and I didn't even tell them about my weapons. I kept them easy to access and out of sight, because I don't even trust my male acquaintances knowing where I keep them. All that matters is being able to get on target quickly in an emergency

I've found it always gives girls the tingles as well. I keep my Glock next to the bed and my AR loaded in the closet and I've always gotten positive responses when I bring girls to my place. Match that shit with some muscles and a strong frame and I think it takes them back to the hunter/gatherer days - knowing she's with a man that can protect her. I think it's in the delivery too. I live in one of the biggest cities in the country and I have had some interesting situations regarding guns. I have a license to carry and openly carry a pistol in a holster in full view when I'm out in public. There are obviously certain businesses that don't allow open carry but I avoid those and stick to businesses that support and allow me to exercise my right.

It actually acts as a method to screen out illogical SJW liberal women who I would rather not interact with anyway.

It also seems to be a jumping off point that many women find interesting. (Although this is merely a random fringe benefit and has nothing to with why I carry, obviously.)

A women telling you to not carry a firearm is the ultimate shit test. She is seeing if you're willing to not only comply with what she says, but actually cease exercising one of your inalienable rights as a man.

If they are scared of a law abiding and competent adult carrying a pistol in a holster, then I don't think you even want to be associating with them anyway.

I also grew up in the rural south and now live in a big city, and concealed carry. When they flip, if you start backpedaling in an exasperated frame, then it validates their emotion.

If you stay calm, cool, collected and in control of the situation and power on your hip, she'll come around. Most of my girls find it EXTREMELY attractive that I carry and shoot avidly.

Also pro tip, nothing will establish a captain first mate relationship like taking a girl shooting and teaching her the ropes. I challenge you to find dates that showcase masculinity so positively.

Some city people freak out around guns because we never see them or use them. You have to be mindful of that and try to educate people on gun safety, storage, mechanics etc..

With that being said I am from New York and currently live in another very large very liberal city. I think you are blowing this whole thing out of proportion. I don't think it bothers as many people as you have convinced yourself it does.

In the same situation. I tend to avoid the subject. I used to be very vocal about my support for 2A, hunting, CA, etc. But after many heated and irrational people I have decided to just not mention it unless it's brought up.

But to answer your question... Basically, when a woman sees or happens to feel my carry gun (which if I'm doing it right shouldn't happen) and is taken aback or uneasy about it I simply tell her I refuse to be a victim. That's all. Honestly, I've never had any keep pushing the point and if they do I tell them, "If the notion of gun ownership or the phobia of an object bothers you that much then you have a decision to make don't you?" I've never had anyone simply walk out after that.

Tough issue man, it's not just women who are so irrational about guns. Here in Florida, more people own guns than golf clubs. But I still encounter people who have no ability to think rationally about it. I went to college in D.C. too and would talk about shooting and hunting with my fraternity brothers while women were around. Tons of Jersey and New York girls just HAD TO say something about how they love animals and how violent I must be. It didn't matter what I said or how many people backed me up, they simply cannot be convinced.

TL;DR Avoid it if possible. Oh and don't listen to these guys about "Why no safe? hurr durr." After growing up around firearms, clearing a weapon and ensuring it's safe is second nature. You know what is responsible and what isnt.

i had a buddy who had a room stocked with guns. his wife cheated on him, told a group of thugs about the gun room, and there was a home invasion and all his guns got stolen. this was in florida though, but still.

I find that there are a lot of liberal minded people guys and girls that will react this way especially if they haven't ever used or learned to about them properly.

I think the best approach (since you're not going to change your habits; good on you) is to teach them about gun safety/"gun respect" like you do when introducing them to young kids. If after this they are still irrational well then you know there is no point in trying further.

i fuckin love guns but guns are one of those things like abortion or religion that it's better to just not talk about most of the time in mixed company in more urban areas. there are actually a lot of pro-gun people and shooters out there, but everyone tends to stay in the closet since it csn be a controversial issue. and definitely don't be the guy who is always talking about gun stuff because it will just annoy everyone and you'll frame yourself as "crazy gun nut" which is a low smv archetype.

but if you've already established yourself as a high smv alpha fucks type guy and THEN a girl finds out you have guns it can boost her perception of you even higher. i've met a lot of girls who liked to say "i don't like guns, guns are bad, i don't want to be around guns" but then when they come over and see an AR casually leaning in the corner it just makes them wet and excited.

Be Alpha and you can do whatever you want. By this I mean, beta guy who owns guns is creepy/scary/next mass-shooter, alpha guy will elicit a response of "can I try shooting one?"
