The holidays are over and the summer months will be here before we know. When you take your shirt off at your friends pool party, do you want to look like a melting hippo or a Greek god that frothens all the loins. Day game, particularly at venues where the women wear close to nothing and I can take my shirt off (such as pool parties, beaches, festivals, resorts), have always been my favorite and the easiest because-

a) No surprises. There’s nothing worse than getting a girl home and finding out she has legs that look like the surface of the moon. When they’re in a bathing suit, you get to look at full interior of the car before you test drive it.

b) Activities. Pool parties have drinking games like slip n slide to flippy cup. Beaches have volleyball. Resorts have pool events. Grab a speaker, a ball, some friends, some drinks, and you’ll have groups of people flocking to join your fun.

c) Peakcocking. Winter clothes are a death sentence to men who are natural and lean. Yeah you can look jacked if you’re natty and carrying a little extra body fat or on vitamin S, in clothes, but if you’re natural and lean, there’s not much differentiating you from a pubescent skinny gamer kid.

d) It’s fucking easy. Women go to the beach and pool party to have fun. Women go to festivals to do weird kinky shit. Women go to vacation without their boyfriends and husbands to get some strange. Their bitch shields are at the lowest setting, so your purple headed warrior invasion will never be easier.

“But op, how do I get there?”

Diet- This is the important because there’s plenty of strong gym goers that still bear an unimpressive physique. I highly recommend tracking calories and macros. Adherence is the most important factor when it comes to dieting. I could write the perfect diet to make you look like Hercules himself, but if you hated it, I doubt you’d stick with it. Tracking macros allows the flexibility to eat when you want, as long it fits in your macro budget. There’s really only two numbers to pay attention to, calories and protein. Keep calories at or below your target, and keep protein at or above your target. For calories, a feedback system approach is ideal. Pick a calorie target based off your TDEE, follow it for a week or two, and if you didn’t lose less than 0.5lbs/week, lower your target, if you lost 0.5-1 lbs/week, keep it the same, and if you lost more than 1lbs/week, increase it. Protein should be set to 1 gram per pound of LEAN body mass.

Workouts- Again, adherence is the most important here. There’s plenty of information online so find a plan that makes you excited to go to the gym. Bodybuilding, powerbuilding, or powerlifting routines are ideal. I have no experience in calisthenics so I won’t speak on if it’s good or bad. And CrossFit is just the retarded Manning brother.

Cardio- From a weight loss stand point, it’s a complete waste of time. An hour on the treadmill only burns about 250 calories, so it’s much time efficient to put the fucking fork down or not eat that snickers bar, than waste an hour when you could do something else. However, I do a lot of squats and deadlifts and have found a lower back and core benefit to a brisk 5-10 minute walk twice per day from a recovery standpoint.

That’s it. 5 months until you’re the hot guy in Cancun at the foam party, or you’re jerking it with your tears while your female friends tell you about that hot guy in Cancun at the foam party.
