I've been meditating for 6 years.

Losing weight, down 60 lbs in 6 months.

Working on my relationship with my wife. I got married before I found trp and have figured out a lot about how the relationship I have isn't the one I want. Trying to fix it instead of just walking away.

Learning violin. I already play a few other instruments so just adding to my repertoire.

Cut my hair short. It was two feet long and I'm native, but getting a good fitting haircut improved my looks by at least a point singlehandedly. For those who are interested in finding a good haircut, Google face shapes and find what yours is, then get a haircut to match it. No more shitty haircuts with that one tip!

Dressing better. I'm learning about what makes clothes look good, and while my whole wardrobe will not last another nine months as by then I'll be too small for them, I'm not spending much and am learning what to do when I've got a body worth dressing up.

Working out more. When it's not raining or freezing I take my bike to work, and going to the gym at school.

Working on my engineering degree. I'm currently in I.T. and bored. I'm looking for a different position but stuck where I am for now.

Learning about money and finances. Never taught anything about them as a child, so there's a learning curve, but oh well.

The list is never ending, but I'm nowhere near where I want to be.

Compared to my BP days from last year there has been a huge improvement:

I've started lifting
I'm eating healthier food and I'm no longer a sugary foods junkie
I've met new people and while I'm not focusing on girls currently (my main goal right now is improvement) my interaction with them is a lot better and my social skills are miles ahead compared to last year and people seem to look up to me a lot more than before
I've fixed my posture
My hair looks better than it ever did and I'm really liking my new hair cut
I'm getting therapy for my anxiety, I don't feel anxious at all nowadays
I'm working on fixing the tone of my voice and there's quite a bit of improvement
I'm more straightforward
I'm changed my wardrobe and wearing way better clothes
I'm reading a lot more than before
I'm no longer sitting around playing video games for hours, I barely play 4 hours tops per week
I fap a lot less
I sleep better and my sleep pattern is no longer fubar

So yeah I'm pretty happy with the results so far and I'm planning on getting my life back on tracks by 2015

Diet and exercise are taking a high priority in my life. Since starting I've lost 60 lbs, 50 more to my primary goal. Working on building muscle in the process, I look way better.
I've made it an absolute rule for myself that I go out and meet people every weekend. Really improving my social skills.
Quit pornography and masturbation. That shit is toxic, get it out of your life and you'll see improvement.
Just starting to learn the guitar.
Reading more. And not just sci-fi/fantasy, although I won't quit that. I've started reading more non-fiction and biographies. Just learning new things should be part of your approach to improvement, whatever form that takes.

Lost a lot of weight recently, 250 down to 179, feeling great.
Doing lots of computer security research, I'm doing this in my own spare time to compliment my IT career, I've applied the penetration testing techniques I learn in my spare time to systems at work and earned myself a decent raise after finding issues in our websites and passing on fixes to the devs. It's something I really enjoy as a hobby and will likely do professionally in future as my own business.
Reading a lot about Red Pill and MGTOW theory, generally staying up to date with the Atheism and Skeptic movements. Reading a lot of great literature like Ayn Rands Atlas Shrugged. Reading a lot about politics for the first time in my life, really starting to get a distinct dislike for the Left and learning a lot about Libertarianism, tempted to move to the states and get in on the free state project.
Learning other science related things, I've been refreshing my cosmology knowledge from my college days with the latest ideas in inflation theory, and have studied some courses on Quantum Mechanics and particle theory (great free and advanced resource for this is the "Theoretical Minimum" courses by Leonard Susskind)
Given up women all together, strict MGTOW now, no more plates, satisfaction of spinning for near on 8 years has gone.
I've also gone through somewhat of a sudden and very dramatic social change where I've become a lot more assertive and blunt and I try and keep an eye on my own behaviour to correct it when I start getting wishy/washy again. I've become much less tolerant, especially of doing favours for people and remaining in social circumstances that bore me, I'm fast to just walk away from uninteresting conversations and social encounters.
Now I'm earning more money than I need to live in reasonable luxury I've planned to drop my working week to 4 days a week instead of 5, not a fan of all my tax going to hobos, feminists and leftist idiots. I don't even really need the extra, and value my free time a great deal more so this is win/win in my mind.

I'm much happier now than I've ever been, and more sure my world view is coherent and correct, partly thanks to The Red Pill.

Respecting my time (six months ago I would have answered a text I got at 1am and kept talking to her until she ended the conversation. Now I look at the text to make sure no one is dying, and if it's the usual "im borrrrrrred! :(" nonsense i reply once to set the tone or not at all depending on the situation
Keep a notebook where I write down any idea, significant or otherwise, regarding life, girls, things I need to do, thing I could invent, ways to make money, etc. '

Future:

I need to find steady work, temp agencies aren't cutting it anymore
Start spinning plates, I haven't tried to find any just yet
Learn guitar: ten fucking years of saying I'll try it soon and then blowing my money on stupid shit instead
No more zero days, an improvement from the current trend of only one or two a week
Put some of my ideas for websites, products etc. into action and see if I can make some money
Completely remove what I've started to remove, which is any situation where all I bring to the table is being a friendly man. I have to bring actions and skills to the table. You can be as nice as you want, unless you're providing value rather than taking it, you're fucked and you need to change that.

Budgeting my money, I was 40k in debt, I have about 3k left on the books. Looking to save up 30k by EOY for a house.
I had stopped working out, just signed up for the gym and getting diet in order (keto/paleo focus)
Going to bed early, waking up by 5:30am. Something about this sleep cycle increase my focus

MOST IMPORTANT:

Calling my family more, focused on strengthening the bonds, helping my little sisters with school, etc. I have noticed that love for family can deter anyone from trouble. For example, I was at a bar (4 drinks deep) and I got the check for 30 bucks. At first I wasn't fazed, actually I was already gung-ho to drink more at the next spot. However, 30 dollars could of gone to my nephew or a nice present for my mom. With that thought in my mind, I was able to get a water at the next bar(to the dismay of my buddies, "come on man, lets drink!") and be very proud of it.

The list keeps growing as I let TRP simmer.

Sometimes I pick a comment on reddit that seems to be interesting enough and I thoroughly research the response to it. People are usually completely baffled by this approach.

A while ago, I was replying to someone on TRP, he claimed that there is no evidence that (family) courts are biased against men. It took me the whole night, but eventually I found an official Bureau of Statistics .pdf. In the very first paragraph it said: "About 1 in 6 custodial parents were fathers (17.8 percent)". Further below, a diagram showed that mothers on average receive around 14% more child support than fathers. When I replied with this information, the response by this alleged lawyer was: "you can't argue with stupid".

Once you sharpen your mind with regular exercise in logic and critical thinking, there is no reply, no rebuttal, no discussion, people are just stumped.

I'm finally getting over my denial and pride to go see a psychiatrist again. i've been on and off of anti-depressants since puberty due to a genetic mood disorder, and before anyone claims that i don't need meds and that mood disorders aren't real, you should know that chemical imbalances that cause mood disorders are hereditary. my brother was severely bipolar and committed suicide as a teenager, and my mom's siblings also had severe mood disorders; my uncle has dealt with life long chronic depression and my aunt is also a bipolar nutcase.

i've been trying to handle my moods without drugs since i graduated college, and it's not working. i have mismatched emotional reactions to events and stimuli. i can't feel happy when i should, like when good things happen or when i accomplish goals. i go through these random depressive episodes that really hinder my productivity at work, and it's given me a bad reputation. i'm responsible for fixing this.

obviously, girls aren't interested in morose guys who can't get into a fun mood. girls are repulsed by depressed men. by all objective measures, i should be rolling in pussy, and it's a damn shame that i'm not. i've always stayed fit and i love sports like snowboarding and rock climbing. i've got a fancy STEM degree and a fancy well-paying career from it. competitors try to hire me. i own a sweet ass house. a lot of friends assume that i must get girls all the time since i graduated, but i don't and it's embarrassing.

the reason i went off my meds back in college is that anti-depressants can seriously reduce men's and women's libido. i had a long term, supportive girlfriend back then, so i went off my meds to have better sex and to ditch all the other side effects, such as nausea. the thing is that i never would have gotten with that great girl in the first place if i hadn't been on anti-depressants; i wouldn't have been able to attract her, just like i can't be attractive to women now. until better treatments are invented, i'll just have to accept that i either have to put up with the side effects of the drugs to be happy and sociable, or else just be depressed all the time and miss out on opportunities.

Working out more. I am starting to build it into my daily routine, no matter how busy I am. I take care of two days a week with league sports. I play basketball one night a week semi-competitively, and Indoor Soccer one night a week competitively. The other 3 nights I am working on getting a great lift in. I try to find some good pick up basketball on weekends, if I cant ill do a light lift.

DJing. I recently picked up a pair of turntables from a friend who needed some cash, and have been creating mixes of my favorite music genres. I do it mostly for my own pleasure, but I wouldnt be opposed to turning it into a form of extra cash flow for myself by djing at a bar or club on weeknights or weekends when Im not working my career. (of course i need to improve my skill and library)

My full time work, I literally love my job. Im working insane hours for this start up. Being a part of building something and seeing success has been insanely rewarding for me. I spend the majority of my time working and I couldnt be happier.

Due to my work, hobbies, and sports, the ladies have taken a back seat in my life. I had a few plates that i kind of just let die out. When I go out on weekends I am constantly meeting new women and enjoying myself, but not putting any effort in to keeping any of them around. This is probably where i need to focus a little more on, I would like to get a plate or two back by this next time month. It will be difficult since ill be spending a lot of time in Las Vegas for work, but thats ok.

Learning html5. It will help me greatly in my work, so i figured what the hell lets learn this shit.

Looking into getting an MBA, but the ridiculous costs are too much at this juncture in my life.

Im working on planning a brief trip to Italy, to visit a friend stationed out there. Should come to fruition this July. August by the latest.

My next big commitment is going to be taking my diet much more seriously. I went through a phase when i first found TRP where I dieted hard, worked out more, and lost about 30 pounds. Ive plateaued since then, I want to lose another chunk of weight, 10-20 pounds. I will attack this hard when after my next pay day. I am going to buy all the necessary things for meal prep and get maximum results from my lifts and athletics. I would like to lie to myself and say i will give up the booze and the occasional cig or two, but i know thats never going to happen.

-Last night's workout I was able to Deadlift 315 x 5 + Jerk 160 x 3

Before my surgery I couldn't even stand up for 5 minutes without wanting to either cry, or kill everyone in my immediate surrounding due to the pain.

-Worked my way up to 6 miles of continuous running

As little as 4 months ago I needed a cane just to walk.

-Read 8 new books this year

-Started working on transitioning out of the military, applied to a handful of police departments throughout the country, signed up for a membership on shooterjobs.com to take a look at the private security side of things

i'm trying to get up to 170-185 pounds, somewhere in that range. strength training, trying to improve my physical fitness. i was sitting at an average weight of 163 or so before i got sick and dropped to 128 at my lowest. long road to recovery, but i'm back up to 150 or so.

i'm also working on learning classical composition, and working on my first album with a few friends. i'm also focusing on my vocal and guitar techniques.

i try to at least #close with 3 girls a week, but most never make it past my screening process and most never make it past my first date. what can i say, i'm picky.

trying to bring my grade average up, studying harder. i'm also trying to get a second job to go with my work as a stagehand, since it's so inconsistent and i need 5k a year for tuition (unless i get a loan) and 6k for my first year with my own car and 3000$ a year after that for insurance/upkeep.

i'm also planning on joining more clubs, getting out there and making more opportunities to meet people, and find ways around my handicaps of not being able to drink, being 3 years or so younger than the majority of my classmates and my difficulty with reading people's reactions

I discovered TRP back in Sept and finally swallowed it on New Years. I was a fat, depressed, beta loser working a shitty hotel job and wasting his life. In a few short months I've been offered two jobs (and am currently working a 96hr week juggling all 3). My new career is in telecom and I nailed the interview with RP tactics and was offered the job at a higher rate than advertised because of it and convinced them to augment my training schedule to work around everything else I'm doing.

I've also managed to lose 30+lbs, start hammering away at a decade worth of debt I was too chickenshit to confront (and will be debt free by summer's end; student loans aside) and have several women vying for my attention and affection. But I'm too busy kicking ass being a real man and growing up to focus on them right now.

And I traded in my band t-shirts and jeans for suit and tie. Feels good to look good. And I recommend a nice timepiece. It really ties the look together.

Getting my professional plate spinning up and running (networking for jobs), my goal is to have at least one meeting per week with someone at a potential employer.

Work out to build muscle. I've lost 10 lbs since December and ~50 over the past year from biking 3.5 - 5 hours per week. Now its time for the big guns.

Meet more women. I'm still with the girlfriend, but got to increase my amount of non-SO female interaction to keep my game up and running. It's like training, I stay on my toes and the SO is happier that way.

Get outside as the weather warms up: get a tan, go sailing, get some speeding tickets, grill up some meat, smoke cigars, re-learn to drive manual. These things make me happy, so basically this point is "do stuff that makes me happy." Being happier makes you more confident and outgoing = better and more natural frame.

Psychologically:

I challenge myself to everything I know I "can't do" just to prove that I can.

I don't give a shit about anyone's opinions or for that matter, their facts. People who see you are doing well will do everything in their power to make sure you stoop back to their resistance barriers and shitty level instead of bettering themselves.

I self validate with everything and set high standards for what I will accomplish. Everyone that says: "ENTeritis, don't do so many college lessons, it is too hard to keep up".

I say to myself: "ENTeritis, keep this shit up bro, you are proving to yourself how great you know you can be!"

Physically:

I can now run 3 miles strait. Before, I got winded from the staircase.

I have gained 8 pounds healthy weight (I was thin and gross).

I have a very healthy delicious diet now.

I sleep way better.

I accomplish a lot of my tasks early. (I used to put them off or not do them).

I have way more energy and optimism.

I improved my relationship with my grandparents.

Dressing a lot better. Before I dressed like a college boy, baggy pants, t-shirt. Now I switch between tighter fitting dress shirts/polos and dress pants/khakis.

More haircuts and grooming. Went from getting my hair cut every 3 months to once every 3 weeks.

The biggest change of all though, is being less afraid of calling people out on their bullshit. I suffered from debilitating social anxiety, but now I carry myself a lot better. If you act unconditionally nice to people, they may like you more but they won't respect you. Being disliked but respected is always better than being liked but not respected.

When I met family that I haven't seen in 6 months, they dropped their jaws in how different I look, how much I changed. They almost didn't recognize me. I went from this wimpy shy guy to being more masculine and confident. It was a huge compliment to me.

I never thought anyone would ever say that I've become masculine in a hundred years, but it only took 6 months.

I lift like crazy now. I don't supplicate to anybody anymore. I'm focusing a lot more on school work and being successful. And I haven't felt like the "nice guy" since I found this sub and I'll never look back.

losing weight via diet and exercise (down 10gk to 108kg in the last 3 weeks)
learning Japanese
getting my Bachelor of audio engineering
learning bass guitar
moving to a better neighborhood
yoga / stretches minimum 10 minutes a day
selling excess stuff that I kept for sentimental reasons, allowing me to move on from the death of my father.

I will be adding more to the list once I've finished moving my stuff and have re-aligned my goals.

Don't kill me on this one. I'm eyeing this girl in class. She's cute and has a very feminine personality. Trying to work up the courage to ask her out. Just trying to forget my High School years, but it has me programmed to believe I'm not worthy of a cute girl's attention. x_x

Besides that, everything is going better than anticipated. Working towards a career in Air Traffic Control, and nothing is going to stand in my way of that goal.

Started actually working out 3 times a week and watching what I eat (no more junk food for me)

Doing better in my last year of high school

Got over the girl I was chasing, and began talking to other girls (actually being able to read them and call them out on their bs)

Dressing better thanks to /mfa

Taking the lead in all of my projects, stepping up to take charge, etc, etc.

Overall just relaxing more and taking things I don't feel that are important to me seriously.
