I'm pretty new here, so some things are still confusing. In my eyes, TRP is all about taking control of your life, investing in yourself and not accepting anything but adequate dividends. Nowhere in my thought process does this have anything to do with hating women, in any way. I've learned that I used to put women on a pedestal, and have since stopped, but I don't think I show any less respect than before. The only difference in my interaction with women now is that I show myself more respect.

If anyone does feel any residual contempt for women, please let me know how you think it fits into TRP. Or do a lot of TRP members think that men are truly better than women? I believe each sex has their own contributions, which makes misogyny more difficult for me to understand. TRP to me is a man trying to be the best man he can be, and I'm sure women have a similar philosophy.

I downloaded The Misandry Bubble, and am about to start reading that to get a different perspective, as well.

Where does the hate come from?

EDIT: thanks for the discussion. I feel like I got a lot of insight into this sub and the TRP philosophy. Its great knowing that there are differing opinions on here which will lead to intelligent discussion. For the record, I think the misogynistic stuff is bad for the movement.
