First off, you sound depressed as shit right now. I've had bouts of that too. It sucks. Only way to get out of it is to break your routine and push yourself to do something new. As cliched as it sounds...exercise is the best solution. I started off hitting the gym first, then tried a few sports before settling on BJJ. With sports you'll learn to just do something without your brain getting in the way. You sound like you're stuck up in there.

There are vicious circles here: untended emotional problems and a toxic shame that makes you feel set apart from your community aren't going to make it any easier for you to find a relationship. I was with you until about half way. I'm 29, also introverted and depressed, and I'll throw in "not white" too, because being black is definitely a strike in today's society. I've been playing video games since I was 6. Thankfully, I've had much better luck with women, but when it comes to a: getting what I want out of LTRs, and b: picking up plates when I don't want LTRs at all, I am just as much of a beta as your virgin self, despite the fact that I stopped counting the women I slept with after #15 (became too hard to remember their names, I said fuck it).

Where our opinions diverged, and where I see the root of your problem, is the definition of this "alpha" thing. So, if I may, let me quickly spell out a few things in bullet form.

"Alpha" is not a thing. No person can ever be 100% alpha 100% of the time.
"Alpha" is not bad. Not in the sense that you think it is. What I think you loathe is the Dark Triad of traits, but "Alpha" is not solely those characteristics.
You don't really have to change much about who you are.
You do need to change some of your habits, and these habits wil change your character.

Why do you need to change some things? Because you want a better life for yourself. Suicide is pretty shitty, dude. Not because of the usual, "Oh, don't be selfish!" nonsense. I've been there and I don't buy it either. However, like I said, you do want a better life for yourself. Right?

Hallmark Moment: If you keep doing what you always do, you will get what you always get.

So, how do you go about some of these positive changes, without going against your moral character? Well, take a hard look at it, and ask it some questions;

Would I be worse of a person, if I committed to Strong Lifts 5x5 (or a body weight exercise routine)?
Would I be worse of a person, if I chose to put my desires at the front a little more often, instead of supplicating to others all the time? After all, a: what has that ever got you, and b: where are those people when you need them/they don't need anything from you?

Consider these things...

You've internalized a fair bit of game/trp/etc, and are aware of what drives women in general. You realize this is not a "today's society" thing, as the history of civilization compared to ridiculously consistent animal behavior means that the whole idea of monogamy is just that; an idea.
There are more of them than there are of us. More women than men. More extroverts than introverts. Introverted male is not an easy place to fight from. Recognize your position and prepare yourself accordingly.

You know how far it gets people in life. You've heard of how well women respond to men who take good physical care of themselves. You've heard of how great people feel when they do it. You know how much better strangers treat good looking men.

One place I disagree with most people here about: It's ok to understand a lack of sex is making you depressed. There's no shame in realizing this. Most guys here are trying to help you re-set your goals so you can side-step this.. but I say don't.

I get miserable without women in my life. It's just programmed into my brain. I need women. I need sex. I can't live without either.

That is by far the most motivating thing in my life. It's the reason I strive for greatness in every endeavor. Because I love women, and won't accept anything less than the best.

Some might say I'm basing my happiness on other people, but I'm going to argue that it's not a choice. I didn't choose to love women, I just do. Instead of ignoring it and making bird houses or whatever.. I embrace my love for women. I go to the gym and work on my hobbies because at the end of the day I enjoy them and they're one step closer to getting more pussy.

Most of what you describe as "alpha" behavior seems like you superimposing this caricature onto guys that you're jealous of the sexual success of. "Alpha" males in human culture is basically shorthand for the guys that are the most sexually successful.

I'm not going to say the attitude you see all bullshit because it's not 100% bullshit, but most of these guys get this way through conditioning the same way a lot of women get the attitudes they do. They never really have to work for it. Due to the unfortunate lopsided nature of biology, reproduction, and the sex-based motivators for that, it's a smaller minority of guys who naturally have these kinds of attitudes, who get things easily and/or a free ride, especially sexually.

You can see this on a large scale with the "boyband" phenomenon--shitty music but inexplicable success unless you think about why girls buy their shitty music and go to their shitty concerts. There is no male equivalent to this.

You don't have to completely change yourself, though. If you're not in shape, try to get in shape. That is the most important part. When you're in better shape than most guys in a highly obese first world nation, chances are you're going to have your luck change some from just that alone unless you have been dealt a really shitty hand in genetics. When I was in my late teens I was a skinny kid and in the same kind of situation as you. Got some motivation, made myself better looking through regular workout and it changed everything.

The dirty secret about all of this in short is the Halo Effect -- the more physically attractive you are, the more good things people will assume of you. This works for you in far more than just success in the sexual marketplace, but if you don't have it then acting that way will only have you seen as some kind of "creep," "loser", "tryhard," etc.

I'd highly recommend going through some cognitive based therapy (CBT, doesn't have to be a sit on a couch thing, just read something like Feeling Good) to correct your thought patterns. Additionally check out something like 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to help you hone in on what is important in your life and what steps you can do to start getting there.

Your fixated on not having success with woman and correlating that with your current state, but its a symptom not the cause. A relationship now would probably be the worst thing for you, because you don't seem equipped to handle the emotion involved. Work on making yourself happy with things you can control, and things you want will start to be withing your reach.

Suicide is a personal decision. If you have to ask whether suicide is right for you, then it's not.

As for your problem, the reason you're here asking this is because right now you're struggling to adapt to an environment which you have recently perceived in a new way. It's normal to have a lot of strong feelings during a period of intense adaptation. Most people who take the red pill go through a period of a few months where they are angry at the world. But then you realize that there's no point being angry at something you can't change. So then you become angry at yourself. And that's good, because you can change yourself.

Right now you're disgusted at the environment around you. Once you accept it, you'll become disgusted with your self. Then you'll find it easier to change. That's right, the first step is to become disgusted with yourself. Learn to be OK with that feeling. Over time, slowly, you'll become more and more adapted as you change yourself. You'll begin to feel yourself being more able to handle events in an alpha manner. You'll start feeling good about it. You'll like the positive interactions you're having with people. It'll become easier and easier for you, until you realize that the alpha way of life is much more fun and rewarding than your old way of life. You'll never want to go back.

Then one thing I would say no matter how much you are depressed or feel inferior and beta or omega killing yourself is not an option it never is. Killing yourself would just be admiring not only that your beta but that you are in fact one of the weakest of people in this word. At least in my personal belief which may be a unpopular one. People who kill themselves are weak they are admiring they can't deal with life which most people deal with no matter what is happening to them. So yah basically no suicide is not even an option much less the only one what you should do instead is realy re evaluate your life and determine what is important to you and what you would have to do to achieve those things then man up go out and do it change your self however needed as long as it doesn't compromise to base a value of yours. Do what you need to do to make yourself into someone you can be happy with and happy with the life you get from being that person its never to late and always is an option to change yourself.

Ever watch sports? Should players stop playing because someone has to lose and they do not want it to be them? Ever watch American idol or any of the other crappy shows where their are winners and losers? What about movies or tv shows where you cheer for the underdog? Are you so lacking in self worth that you would rather be dead than have other people think you are selfish?

You have needs. They include food, water, shelter, but also include emotional needs. Getting your needs met is your priority, no one elses. No woman is going to come along and take care of you like your mother did or should have.

Where is it written that you have to be a doushbag to be successful with women or successful in life? That's certainly not the case. You are cherry picking the worst traits of some posters on this sub to create some cariculture of "alpha" in a bad light so you can feel better about your own choices. The word alpha is bullshit, and the way you use it like 100 times in your posts makes it crystal clear you have no idea what this place is about.

Instead of lamenting the future of the human race, why not join it? You can be decent, strong, kind, generous, and still have self respect and status. What you cannot do is sit back and be a whiny bitch saying poor me all day. Well, I guess you can do that, but it will just lead to you being miserable and thinking about suicide..

Take care of yourself. Do something nice for yourself for no other reason than just because. New haircut, new shoes, something. Make yourself a priority for one week. Improve your posture, eat healthier, not because it might get you laid, but because you deserve it. Look people in the eye, tell someone "no" or ask someone to do something for you every day for one week. Do these things and if after a week something doesn't click, then I guess go ahead and do your part to save the human race.

Another thought that crosses my mind is about the society in general. Once more, if all of the alphaness is the way to attract women then this means that the very mechanism for selecting the genes for the future is corrupted in opposition to my morals and ideals. This means that generation after generation will be implanted with the genes that make alphaness desirable and natural. Thus people like me die out, people who are alpha thrive and the world becomes a more pro alpha place. Thus from from a very macro scale my kin, my brothers in mind and heart, are screwed. The things I find to be desirable and admirable in the "soul" are dying. This to me is a darwainistic suicide already.

That's not exactly true. Just look at the behaviour of chimps... something pomo people are a lot more willing to speak logically about, or "stereotype". Alpha chimps don't always prosper. A purely strong individual ends up being perceived as a threat by groups of beta males who will often gang up and destroy the alpha or exile him.

Also, while cuckoldry is a thing, it's not like the female chimps wouldn't give any beta the time of day. Some betas will be rewarded with sex and procreate as well.

If what you were saying were true, then beta chimps wouldn't exist today.

I'm not good at writing and this text might seem jumbled, but I'm going to try to help you step by step. You need to open your mind to some things. First of all is that SOMEBODY IS TRYING TO KILL YOU. Suicide is not a natural thing to do for any living being, it is not a thought that can come to be from inside your soul or from your own consciousness. The thought has to be planted there, it can never arise naturally. Realize you are not in control of your own mind. And it's not because there's nothing wrong with you, it's the nature of the human being. Animals are ruled only by instincts and changes in instincts and thus their behavior can only spread genetically from parents to their offspring. Humans work differently because we have a long childhood and are much more open to influence from upbringing rather than from just genetics. This also makes vulnerable. Realize that the society you have grown up in has purposely been filled with misinformation to keep you and other men down. They have no interest in competition. For resources and for women. Their only way is to manipulate you and other men away from striving for power and reproduction. The best result that they could wish for is your suicide.

I hope I can reach through to you, to make you understand that what you consider "you" is not really you. I know this with 100% certainty because of your suicide thoughts. Every man born had his self created by the environment he was born and grew up in, that is the nature of humans. That is why you shouldn't be protecting yourself from mental change, you shouldn't be afraid to lose "yourself", since it was really created by other people. All men - including you - are naturally alpha. Modern society does everything in it's power to influence men since birth into becoming beta. To become women. That's why the government pays for schooling. That's why newspapers are being printed. That's why there's a TV in every house. All of this is a war against the minds of men to keep them from being their true selves.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Like people have manipulated and shaped you into who you are today, you can manipulate yourself into what you will be in the future. I will be heavily downvoted for this but most of the content here is just plainly crap. From time to time, there is however a gem.

I might be wrong but I think it's not about all that shit you just described, those are just the consequences of the mindset and are most desirable in the Western (mostly US) world. In other parts of the world, this is not the case. In fact, I think those characteristics attract a specific type of women which I would call "club women".

So what is it about then? It is about about owning yourself, never let other people manipulate you or walk over you. Is it really selfish to ask to be treated humane? Further, if people play mindgames with you, ignore them. They are not worthy of your time. That strokes with your moral code of honesty.

Also, you describe that all women like the characteristics you describe as vile. Do you know how many people that is? That is one huge overgeneralization right there and TRP knows this. (but it makes it easier to discuss RP) If you want to find people who share your goals, ask yourself this. Where would you meet them? For example, gamers can be met at conventions etc.

Note that some of this will be against TRP theory. But here's the thing. TRP is just one of many. Learn and observe. Be balanced. There is not one magic formula for pussy. What works for some might not work for you.

I know my post is a bit chaotic but one last note. You say the world is bad and your kin is dying. Maybe that is true. But, if you commit suicide, you let THEM win. Do you really want that? Use your anger, become better than THEM; seize positions of power, amass large quantities of wealth and change the world. With power and wealth comes women, that is undeniable. But make sure that in the process, you never forgot who you were. We can change this world, though nothing will come on a silver platter. Just give it a thought.
