I never went shopping with a woman for a woman's things, so I can't relate to that. But...

A wonderful frame reversal is to take her shopping for your things. Ask her if she wants to go shopping with you. Proceed to ignore her attempts to get you to buy her things, ignore her advice, get her to hold stuff, and so on. It's good for a few chuckles.

It's one of those traditionally female tactics that are fun to reverse, along with the "I'm not in the mood" frame, and my favorite, "It's fine."

This is fantastic. The body language alone. These shells are defeated, exhausted, broken down, resigned, barely alive.

Then you get to the bodies themselves. Fat, undeveloped, used for nothing more demanding than sitting in a chair in a mall.

Then, the clothes covering the bodies. "Unfashionable" is being kind. These men are almost all dressed hideously. And why not? It's not like attracting a woman is important to any of them. They each found a woman who'll tolerate them, and nothing more. What else can a downtrodden beta hope for?

I especially love the ones who carry their ladies' purses. Being asked (or most likely in these guys' cases, told) to carry a purse is the Ultimate Shit Test. "I want you to do something ridiculous and emasculating, just to see if you'll do it. It's a purse, it weighs only a couple of pounds and there's no reason I can't carry it - after all, it's designed for me - but if I can get you to sacrifice your dignity like this, I can get you to do anything."

I was on a trip with a LTR to Chicago. She tried to hijack the trip by shopping. I was ok with shopping while traveling, because you never know if youll bump into a cool store and find something new, but she was all about hitting the same chains that are everywhere in the states.

I said, "Hey. These stores are the usual mall stuff. Im not ok with that. You see something new and exciting by all means we will check it out, but if you think I came all the way to chicago to see a nordstroms youre out of your mind."

She got a upset. I said in a cool voice not upset "Hey you want to shop, go right ahead. I will meet you in millenium park by the big bean at 14:00." and started walking away.

She followed me and we had a good trip.

She tried pouting about how I didnt let her shop. and I shot that down "Hey I gave you a chance to shop. You decided to follow me and have a good time. You made a choice if you are going to try and bring down the trip because I got stern with you then let me know so I can fly you home early".

Rest of the trip was perfect. She had a blast.

Don't ever go shopping with a woman for her stuff, ever.

It's okay for mutual stuff (eg food) or your own stuff, but never EVER her stuff.

With that said, every once in a while you'll find yourself in a surprise scenario where you can't break away (eg you're carpooling), so just say, "I'll drop you off, then I'll be at the Sports Authority down the road. Call me when you're done and I'll pick you up." If she says she'll be only a few minutes, joke with her about her being full of shit, and then stand firm.

From when I was a young boy all the way into my mid-teens (until I finally got a car), my own mother did this to me and I was not allowed to leave her sight at the same time. Whenever I stood up and said that she was taking a long time and that I was hungry (it wasn't uncommon for me to get to the point where my stomach had a sharp pain and I was dizzy; a bodily state you should never reach according to a pre-med plate about a year ago), she would lose her shit. "I'M SORRY! BUT I NEED TO SHOP"!

The shopping mal is the holy temple of castration. Women spent a third of their waking time there. They control the itinary and lead. I had a woman screaming "NOW YOU FOLLOW MEEEE", crying in front of everyone saying I am mean to her. I held frame throughout the whole time and at the end she said "you have been an asshole so you pay everything". Its possible to pass the shit test that is shopping but its not worth the hassle. The interesting thing is, if you do what she says she wants she will be a bitch for weeks while if you hold frame and treat her like dirt she will be kinda nice afterwards.
