What I find amusing is that, while marriage is, in general, a better option long term for women who actually want relationships, they really believe otherwise. The ex-husband will face some financial setback and sentimental hardships, but he'll most likely get over it - and has some good chances of living a better life (as opposed to stay married with someone who'd scrap the marriage for thrills). She, on the other hand, will soon come to the realisation that whatever goes inside her head has no bearing in reality. Whoever invented this wave of feminism and sold it to women is an evil mastermind - and people still keep buying this, despite all contrary evidence. Is there a malevolent version of the Nobel prize?

22 years of her life so lightly tossed away. Fine it is her life but it was their marriage. She completely defiled 22 years of her ex-husbands life as well. Now I do not know the quality of that marriage or what went on in it, but to so casually dismiss damn near a quarter century of two lives is a serious character flaw.
