You know, the definition of stupidity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

The method of saying “i think you are attractive, can i get your number” sucks.

It is not seduction, it shows you have no game, you don’t connect with the women, it shows to them that you only care about their bodies and nothing more because you don’t even bother about getting to know them…

And women can feel when you just don’t care, and you just playing a numbers game, that’s a red flag, and causes them to reject you.

And it gives them no reason to look past your looks, since you are forcing them to make a quick superficial judgment on how you look.

This defeats the main advantage cold approach has over superficial apps likes tinder, which is to compensate “mid looks” with your personality and natural charm.

Mass approaching girls and asking straight away for the number isn’t a technique, or seduction, or anything. Anybody can do that without reading anything ever about seduction. That’s just doing tinder in real life, which is dumb.

If you force a girl to choose if she likes what she sees or not, you will get rejected all the time.

There is more things that women can look apart from your looks, but you have to give them an opportunity to see your other traits, and you are not doing that.

All you are saying is: “My looks is everything i have to offer. Oh by the way, wanna fuck?” So of course they say no.

I guarantee you that if you make them laugh, have a good time with you, connect, you will get far more success.

But if you see getting to know a girl as “bullshit”, well have fun getting rejected a million times.

There are better more efficient ways to get laid, and yours is probably one of the worst ones. If i did it your way i would never get laid with any girl ever.

You need to work on you body a bit more and max out your wardrobe and looks. Also don’t forget your daily grind & stack dat paper. This way YOU can be approached. From my tens of thousands of approaches I can confidently say day game is hard as hell & you get the least return for your effort. Try meeting people doing fun hobbies or group events or go to parties at night. Just be ready to strike while the iron is hot

Personally I only approach women that I find very attractive and who give me some indication that they are keen. Cold approaching shotgun style I don’t think works because women can sense when a guy is just playing the numbers game and doesn’t actually care about them. Everyone, especially women, wants to feel special. 26 in 3.5 hours is a lot of women

I am not a fan of a direct approach because from my point of view it looks like it is used by teenagers and the woman has only a few seconds to decide whether they want to talk to you or not. What you said is the reality of a direct approach - it is not as we can see on youtube :-)

I am well over 30 and I always use an indirect approach which is what I suggest you do.

Everybody says that it doesn't matter what you say to approach a woman but actually, it is not like that. I found the easiest thing to do is to ask someone on the street where is an ATM and many times you can feel if you can say more. If the woman gives you short answers or maybe she does not even stop to talk to you, it doesn't worth saying something else (you can not count it as a rejection :-) but in many cases, they will stop: "oh.. let me think, it must be one to the right ....", this is a very nice case when you can say something else. I always select an ATM that is in the same direction as the woman is going so in case she knows about that ATM, there is a chance to go near her for a few streets, it is a perfect moment to continue talking.

Just my 2 cents.

Bro you’re definitely counting your calories long, no persons metabolism is so high that it takes 4500 calories to bulk, you’re a naturally skinny person, I get it, but you’re saying you need to eat more than double what the average sedentary person needs just to put on some weight and possibly need more. Simple as, for one month actually eat 4500 calories and see how much weight you gain and feel how bloated your body feels and you’ll figure out that 4500 calories is way too high

There's no such thing as a hardgainer. It violates the laws of thermodynamics. What you lack is consistency. 3500 is a lot for someone your size and probably quite difficult to maintain. Instead, just eat better at like 2500. Get more protein. Do a general bodyweight routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Go for a run on the other weekdays. Stretch before bed every day. Do that consistently for 6 months and you will see changes. Gym not necessary.

Ironically, your persistence is probably a hindrance to you in your approaches. 26 approaches and you didn't pick up any signal that maybe you're doing something wrong?

You need to work on your personality because right now you are solely focussed on putting your cock in someone and it shows. Do something fun that isn't prowling the streets or going to prostitutes. At least do something so you have a topic for conversations.

You really gotta go with the flow and not just assume every attractive woman in public wants to be hit on while they're running errands or whatever.

If you have a hobby, seek a group of people who have the same interests and go from there. Having common ground will get you a lot farther than just trying to talk to random chicks ESPECIALLY if you already aren't super confident speaking to women

I'm not reply to anything other than the part about 3500 calories a day. Stop lying to yourself. I'm 186cm, 78kgs and maintenance for me is around 3100 calories. You don't eat consistently at 3500 calories a day otherwise you'd gain size.

I'm a big believer of AMS's saying "She either likes what she sees or she doesn't" and I basically just say that I find her attractive and ask for her number.

Couple things right off.

A.) Let's define our terms.

What is seduction really? It's a form of social interaction between two people. To successfully navigate this social interaction, you need social skills.

Appearance is not social skills. Period.

B.) When you walk up to someone, there was something going on in their life. There were things you could have been observing and you could have easily referred to those things in an opener.

When you walked up and opened by telling her you think she's attractive and then immediately ask for her number it accomplishes a few things:

It completely ignores whatever was going on when you walked up.
It says that you think she's attractive even though you don't know anything about her beyond her superficial appearance. Which can easily be interpreted as desperation. Which is severely unattractive.
It clearly demonstrates that you don't know how to navigate social interactions if you're jumping to a phone number after committing so many errors in the space of a few seconds. Which is awkward.

Your strong belief in a random quote just serves to give you an excuse to think you've done everything you can, when you've done little except make the same mistake 26 times without learning from it.

Initally, I wanted to approach 100 to get a good sample size, but apparently it's very hard for me to find a woman I think is attractive enough, maybe I'm aiming too high.

Whether you do 26 or 100 women, it won't matter if you keep using that flawed approach. It will bias your results.

Very few people are going to ignore mistakes that big if you're starting off with them in an opener.

I believe that if you are not extremely good looking guy, direct approach doesn't work. If you are gonna go for direct approach, she must feel something right when she looked you in the eyes, your face or your body. If not, you will fail unless she saw you 5 minutes ago in a fucking lamborghini.

I also believe if you are good looking guy and go for direct approach, the percentage of succes is still low. Its only higher compared to average looking guy. Also, most of the girls are shy and don't know what to do in a situation like this. Even if she finds you attractive, she can reject you or don't look into your eyes, ignore you. And you think she rejected you, she is actually excited. When i tried direct approach, most of the girls tried to find my number, instagram or any other my accounts to text me. Because they ignored me or rejected me so i couldn't take their number. They texted me after.

Go for cold approach.

Bro I used to be skinny af (similar body type to you). Tbh calories are much less important than workout. You don't have to eat that much, if you regularly lift weights your body will adapt and store some kilograms just to make lifting easier. This is how we are constructed. Ofc counting calories helps but train for 3 months 3 times a week with weights ( calisthenics is great too in terms of being fit, but you aint gonna get bigger that fast) and I promise you will be surprised with your results. And the most important 👏 congratulations with your approaches you got balls man :D
