Very true, but remember 1. Rejection is a part of the game, be unapologetic. If she says she has a boyfriend or reject you, don’t go OHHHH so sorry, what are you sorry for? She then loses all respect for you. Play it off with ‘wow, now we can’t sign the marriage contract’, ‘your boyfriend is one lucky guy!’, and maybe get her a hot chocolate anyways, she may not really have a BF!

I will be honest with you . You can't talk yourself out of any state of mind you have. Take strategic action , a couple of approaches, then this way of thinking becomes natural at the moment. But this self talk "She is just a girl" , "be cool" , "everything is gonna be ok"..etc, never works. Not being negative, but realistic..

I think a good one to also remember is: By you approaching and chatting with her, you are adding value to HER day. If nothing else, if you go in with the mindset that you are adding to her day in that particular moment (giving her a laugh, making her smile, hell even just interacting with another human), then it really eases the pressure of failure for you.

The second one is stupid and asking for self sabotage. There is a difference between egotistically douche behavior and confidence and people who don't have confidence to begin with screw this up and make an ass of themselves. There is nothing wrong with showing vulnerability, it's actually quite sexy since it shows courage. I'm not saying go up to them a mess just saying they're not lucky to be talking to you and if you go up with this mentality you won't get girls.
