Second date if the first date went well and I really like them. First date no, you don't know if they're worthy of flowers, and it's a little cringey. Also how they handle the flowers is a test, if they say thanks and put them to the side then they're no good, if I suggest they wear one on their ear that's a plus, if I suggest it and they think it's a weird/lame idea then they're no good, if they do it without suggestion then it's a double plus. But I'm a romantic that can't keep a relationship anyways, so what do I know.
