Grace within vulnerability.

There's a lot of women nowadays who run in fear of their own emotions and desires. They fear losing control, and repress. Then wonder why repression inevitably gives rise to rebellion. It also undermines any natural charisma she might have.

The women who's game has really impressed me are the ones who don't keep their emotions rigidly controlled. These ones instead lean into and accept their emotions and drives. They work with them, rather than against them, and as a result they're empowered - because they're not in conflict with themselves.

To be female is to be vulnerable. It's an unavoidable fact of biology and life. That's why the best women are ones who transcend that and use it to magnify their beauty and charm, rather than hide it away, even from themselves.

It's not about being a tease or easy. Nor is it about chaotic or a manic pixie dream girl. It takes a certain amount of self-esteem to accept your own desire for the opposite sex and not be ashamed of it. You have to believe you have value first.

And I see far too many women out there who lack that self-esteem and try to find it in vain in the eyes of an adoring man.

I don't mean to sound all depth psychologist about it, but what I'm trying to drive at is that the girls with the best game are the ones with some self-esteem. Because all the right things flow from that.

It's one of the great ironies of game that many of the most basic truths and principles apply to both genders. In fact, I've come to use it as a litmus test to see if an idea makes sense.

You could get more physically attractive by doing some exercise. Mainly squats for that booty.

But in all honesty, just be yourself. You are 20 you don't need to find a man straight away. You can just be single and live your best life. If you do want a relationship, then find someone who wants you for you. Don't force anything, like laughing at jokes or anything else.

Just be the best you Do stuff that betters you. Exercise, read, take up some hobbies.

If it comes to meeting a guy you like and you are at dinner or something. Just be yourself, IF you like him AND want to make a move. Touch them a little, hands and stuff like that. Or like bumping into them when you're walking, fake a trip and steal a kiss.

Obviously if you have trama from your past experience, take it easy, however it seems like it's something you want, make sure they want it too. As long as everyone is safe and you've vetted your date a bit you can move forward.

I'm pretty sure once you get passed that awkward initial moment you'll be just fine. If you make it past that part. Some nice underwear always does the trick. You can obviously do sexual seductive stuff from there....

Smile. Be nice. Banter and be witty. Make small talk but allow things to get a touch personal to show you are a human being. Be kind. Don’t be needy but be willing to let him be a gentleman for you. Make your intentions clear and don’t play games.

Don’t be gold diggy. I know you’re young, but if you cannot afford to cover your own tab or pay your own way at least, don’t expect a man to do it for you. My girl is 33 and I have had to work hard to retrain her to understand that just because I pay for things doesn’t mean she has to fuck or suck me for it. It’s because I love her and enjoy doing things together or taking care of her. Sadly she learned that mentality because most guys these days do expect that. Be able to avoid that obligated feeling.

And I hope that you have done a lot of therapy and work. Things will come up. You will get triggered at some point. My girl was a drugged SA victim. Just a few weeks ago we were drinking and partying and we had gone to bed but she was overtired and strung out and I woke up to her fidgeting and went to cuddle her like normal and she got freaked out. This will happen. And you need to be ready and be ready to be honest and explain to a partner what might go on. That way they can be supportive and helpful and you will know before hand if they can handle it.

Read the book The 5 Love Languages. Learn to quickly figure out what language and dialect a guy is. Play to that language. For example, physical touch (affection and meaningful sex) really fill my love tank fast. If a girl initiates or reciprocates affection, I fall for her quickly.
