After age 25 women decline. (I am pausing here because I mean no offense to women and only talking purely about physicality. They certainly increase in their intellects)

At your age you can think clearly without thinking with your dick, you have experience and knowledge. Connecting with people, bonding, having life skills, being interesting - these should all be a cake walk for you now.

Women are aging in appearance and their sex drive is consistent or going up. You are practically in your prime, though you might need to lower your standards a tiny bit.

It is just starting man. 20s doesnt count. 20s are just an introduction. We are men and we are getting better by age. The most valuable thing in your age is that you learn 10x faster than anyone younger. Same thing you learn in 2 years in 20s you can learn in 2-3 months after 30. My advice is just go where your fear is. It is the fastest way to learn. For example every time I used to be scared asking woman about her past sexual experience. It was harsh to me when she was telling me about another men in terms of intimacy. I went there, I asked every women I meet, about her sexual experience. Overcoming that fear opened some kind of a door to me. Now the thing is that everyone has his own fears that make them to close up and not develop. And the second thing, dont be in rush, festina lente. Be quick but don't hurry, consider that to fully understand every movement you should do it slowly.

Women are single way into their 30s. You’re fine. You won’t do street cold approaches but you can still do club game. The pick up rules will still and always apply to dating. It doesn’t really work for relationships but for dating as a single guy. It definitely has it’s perks.

It's not too late. You can be more than 20 years older and still be dating people in their 30s and some 20 year olds will still be up for it.

Learn something fun and have an excuse to be close to a girl in a fun and non-threatening way. (Just respect it as an activity & means of self-improvement first, and place to meet women second.)

I'm in my mid-late 30s. As long as you're in good physical shape, it's not too late. Your "optimal" age group will be women in their 20s, although picking up 18 year olds is still very possible. Women are more likely to ignore your age the better shape you are in. It only becomes a concern when she wants to introduce you to family/friends.

The game changes with women above 30 years old. They will do all the pursuing from the start. Just relax.
