yes being buff will help, it's not necessary, mostly it helps with self confidence. you won't get anywhere with just your looks. I've never been to the gym or worked out very much. and I've had girls aproch me and even some strate up throw themselves at me. work on your confidence and your game. that's where it's at.

It helps a ton and the guys here saying otherwise are kidding themselves. I’ve dated while I was skinnier and also dated when I put on a lot of muscle and filled out my frame and the difference is night and day.

It's not so much appearances it's game.

If you have arms but have poor social skills and bad social intuition you aren't pulling any ladies.

She'll probably comment a little about it and that'll be about it.

Face is more important. But social skills/status tops it of course. I can tell you I get a lot more attention from chicks than guys that are way buffer and taller than me even. Someone at work even side-eyed me yesterday probably because he got jealous but that dude bangs a lot of girls.

It helped a little bit. But only the first 20 seconds. Since you get stuck at a point past those 20 seconds, I don't think "bigger arms" / better physique will do anything more for your results. You already have initial attraction. You're just failing to keep it - which is a Social skills or venue problem

A great physique is great "bait" but that alone won't get you 7's and up. It gives you a bigger window of opportunity but if you don't know how to talk/flirt with women, you won't be that much further ahead.

I wouldn't advise relying on looks. fashion and body language actually are actually responsible for what most guys think looks is doing. It's also a pretty mainstream" fast food ideology". It's a quick oseudo response to a problem that's way more complex than " just be good looking , tall and rich bro". If you're getting kisses that go nowhere you're effectively relying too much on your looks and you already know what it got you . Looking even better won't help .

I'd argue your shoulders are more important than you arms.

Upper chest if you wanna show it off a bit possibly (allows you to somewhat show off without coming off egotistical or a douche).

If you're gonna work out anything do your shoulders and lower back. Shoulders show more with clothes on and let your whole body look bigger, and your lower back is vital for good posture let alone sex.

Regardless, I think the vascularity of your arms and your forearms are almost WAY more important than how big your arms are overall.

You don't have to have huge arms to get a girl whatsoever.

I am 40, with the physique of an early 30s athletic dude (even though in chronic pain due to multiple injuries and ailments).

I would say definitely no. I was always told that I am physically attractive, even now but outright socially inept and awkward. I have PTSD and multiple TBIs that definitely do not help the situation.

In the summary, I would say I have as much success in social gatherings, as when I was morbidly obese or overweight as well. As in none.

Good physique and good appearance helps at the very beginning but it doesn't carry you through. Getting a good appearance later in life doesn't solve the mental issues you might have from a shit life, so she might respond well and then you're socially inept and she gets the ick.

You still need to do the middle of the game and the close.

I feel like I have to be in peak physical condition to attract women. Its probably the same thing for women though. Thin women get all the attention. Overweight women are probably getting very little attention, or aren't getting attention from the guys they want.

With that being said, women put up a lot of defense when it comes to strangers, and tend to prefer men they meet organically or through warm introductions.

So the absolute best way to attract women is to have a great physique AND a social circle. That's hard to do though, especially as you get older.

Honestly its really tough, you have to have your physique dialed in, fashion dialed in, AND your money/career dialed in AND have a social circle. Having all three at the same time is tough AND you have to do all this by a certain age.

I'm 38 and have my physique and career dialed in, but I have no social circle and I'm old.

Guys really just care about two of those things, physique and age. But women care about all four, so its quite a bit tougher for men in my opinion.

So the majority of my life I’ve been jacked, but 2020 to 2022 I got fat. And then after 2022 I got jacked again. My game has remained decently good throughout. The only difference is girls enjoy squeezing my arms when I’m jacked and they’ll make comments about my body. I pulled when I was fat too, but they just didn’t make any comments about my body.

Literally the biggest difference is when I’m jacked a lot more dudes ask me what my workout is lol

As someone that’s lifted on and off for 17 years and is of average attractiveness, it definitely helps being in shape.

My size changes throughout the year. Dieting isn’t easy, lifting can feel like a chore sometimes, schedule/work can make getting a good workout/diet in difficult at times.

I’ve never really been fat, but going from kind of in shape to noticeably above average absolutely makes a difference in how women have perceived me.

That aside, there are plenty of women that really don’t care.

What’s more important is managing your weight. I had a friend that was slightly overweight and went to an average healthy weight. Was a night and day shift for him.
