The reality is either the interaction wasn’t as good as you thought, or the guy literally lied to her and told her something really messed up about you. Either way I’d say these white knight situations aren’t common enough to worry about.

The only way to prevent it is to be so honest and authentic with your approach. If you are approaching, being kind, and being genuine in your interest there is nothing a white knight can really do or say. Even if the white knight makes comments about you, your actions and behavior will hopefully stand on your own. (All this said, it's definitely harder making a good impression when someone else is there trying to tear you down.)

It’s possible you misread the situation a lot more than I’m implying here, but if you were being that creepy, why didn’t he head over while you were talking to the girls?

Best way to deal with guys like that is the way you deal with all cockblocks; escalate to the point where the girl’s interest in you is beyond question and she’s clearly committing to you for the duration of your interaction. Doing that removes any lingering ambiguities a guy like that can capitalize on, since if you’ve been making out, or at least, making enthusiastic physical contact with each other, it’s a lot harder to sell the “creepy” angle without coming off like a jealous dude trying to move in on her.

If that hasn’t already happened, then deny any ulterior motives (“we were just having a chat, what the fuck are you talking about man? You sound crazy hahah”), force him to go back with you to talk to the girls, and act completely innocent and confused while playing to the surface conversation you were having with them. Not only does that make it harder for him to lie about the things you said, it also puts him in the position of having to explicitly read all kinds of sexual subtext into a conversation he was watching from afar, which makes him look like the creepy one. Whenever he says a certain behavior was creepy or overly sexual, keep acting like he’s saying the craziest shit you’ve ever heard, and check in with the girl to ask if she felt that way (eye contact and facial expressions are your best friend here). If you did the conversation right, she’ll deny any knowledge of the flirty subtext and act as confused and weirded out as you are. After enough time of this guy being weird, either she’ll try to get him to go away or he’ll leave on his own, at which point you can apologize for how weird that guy was, and say you brought him over because you wanted to be sure that you weren’t misreading things and creeping her out. Odds are she’ll laugh and you can have a great second conversation just off that experience alone.

Where did this happen? A lot of women feel threatened and unsafe when approached by a man in a public place and will smile and laugh as a survival mechanism.. if they’re caught giving a fake number they might receive some form of abuse for that.. The guy may have picked up on this? Also bare in mind what has just happened in the supreme courts. Could be anything.

I know this sub talks about day game cold approach but really? Who wants to be harassed by some random when they’re just trying to go about their day? Was your conversation actually invited with eyes/smiles etc? Much better to go to a bar and do it.

Its possible you were socially uncalibrated, that girl was nice to you just to be polite, and you did come off as actually creepy. Or this guy acted inappropriately and threw off the vibe which caused her to reject you. My response to this is to stand my ground and ask the girl if I did anything wrong if I should leave.

my current gf was so into me when we first met on “talking terms” in the club that her friend tried to cock block me all night, he other guy friend tried to play the “hey bro this is my girlfriend” to which I said “oh shit really? Damn imma let you be with your girl then.” And walked off And she almost screamed “No!! He’s not.” Kinda thing. My point is this, no matter how hard the odds are against you if you made a good impression nothing will stop the girl from contacting you. Look maybe some freak shit happened like the white night told the girl you’re a rapist or pedo or something fucked up that she has no choice but to block you, but most of the time it’d be her decision.

Either that or the white night was so persistent she just gave up. In either case the white night isn’t an issue you need to worry about it happens so little that it’s almost a non factor, you just got extremely unlucky. Treat white nights like you treat the loser chump or cock block best friend, you give them attention and validation, but you don’t give in to their weak shit you stand your ground politely and with a smile.. first one to get angry loses. If you make him angry with your kindness and wit then you expose him for the fraud loser he really is while keeping your composure and looking sexy.

In fact that’s how you treat any asshole.

Best way to handle a white knight like this is two things.

First, never jump into his frame if you can help it. Don't let him drag you into being competitive with him. You may not be able to avoid it, but all you have to do is say you are having fun and being social with people. And don't get mad or defensive about anything. You did nothing wrong, so no need to defend anything. Get away from him, stay in a good mood, he's irrelevant.

The second part is if he insists on getting in your face, he's harassing you. Don't hesitate to put him in his place. Let him know you won't stand for being harassed and he needs to stop talking to you. You have every right to do this. Escalate that to wherever it needs to go. Best to avoid confrontation. But, at the same time, you don't have to put up with being harassed by these morons. Its all in their heads anyway, but sometimes you need to make a stand. Let him know in a nice way he needs to stop talking to you. If he persists, put him in his place one way or another.

I'd get physical if I had to. But, thats a last resort. Don't be a push over. If the guy is harassing you, then he needs to back off. And you may need to let him know, one way or another.

The problem isn’t the dude, the problem is you. If someone comes up to you and actively tells you you’re making someone uncomfortable, listen. Maybe she felt unsafe asking you to leave, and she was playing into your interaction for her safety. You can find another girl, but if there’s someone being there who is communicating well enough to tell you you’re stepping over boundaries, your first job is ALWAYS going to be to LISTEN.
