Love Corey Wayne, big fan of his content but I do think getting back with an ex is complicated and usually a bad idea. Most likely, boundaries have been broken therefore a sense of respect for each other has been lost and those boundaries are likely to continue getting broken but I digress.

In your scenario, think about if you truly want her back or if it's time to move onto the next chapter of your life with these new lessons learned.

If you genuinely think you want her back I don't think doing everything Corey recommends is necessary. I think the important lesson in getting her to come over is that you're setting the frame that she is chasing you and getting you back, not the other way around.

Congrats on listening to Corey Wayne. Dude has a lot of good information.

First thing you have to do is decide what you want out of this situation. This is very important. You can't have a "let's go with the flow" vibe because if you aren't leading it, she inevitably will. And most girls want their men to lead a situation.

So what do you want? Just a friends with benefits? To get back together with her?

Once you figure that out, internalize this statement: " it's my way or the highway". In other words if she deviates at all from what you're trying to get out of a situation then you should leave the situation. There is no reason for you to bend backwards for her. And there's no reason you shouldn't get exactly what you want from a situation (even if it's not with her)

One thing Corey teaches is the idea of an "abundance mindset". Search that term up with his name on YouTube for more details, but essentially you should have a mindset that there is always another girl out there that is exactly what you want in a relationship at any particular time. There's no reason to settle for a girl who's asking D E and F when you're asking for A B and C. Another thing Corey Wayne teaches is you're biggest trump card: The ability to walk away. If deep down you're afraid to walk away from the situation with your ex, you're fucked.

Now for my opinion: I think you should just move on. She essentially flaked on you and left things open ended. Let me ask you this. If you met a girl you were extremely attracted to and you guys set up a date, how likely are you to flake on it? Unless something life changing happened on that day (i.e car accident or someone close to you died) you're showing up to that date. Girls are the same way. If she had a date with, say, Chris Evans or someone she was extremely attracted to, best believe she's not missing that date? Why? Because in her mind if she does, who's to say she'll get another opportunity to. With guys like Chris Evans (again in her mind) he'll just find another girl and forget about her.

You have to get in that kind of mind set. The "attractive guy" frame of mind. The fact that she already flaked on a date that you setup is already grounds for moving on. ............

But I'm a realistic guy, and know that you're new to a lot of this information. I also know you're probably not going to do that. So here's what you do: she already said she's free anytime, so set one more date. Same plan, it should be at your house. If she flakes again, she's done. Don't talk to her. Don't respond to her. Just move on. This isn't to punish her. It's to build your self worth. The easier it is for you to move on from a bad situation, the higher you will see yourself, and the more you will build your "abundance mindset"
