We don't have too much to go on other than that you're 18, and this is something that frustrates you. Based on that, my advice would be to first of all chill. You're really young, and you have loads of time to learn, improve and get your confidence up.

Secondly, due to the frustration you're feeling, you're probably coming across as desperate or just off in some way. Anxiety will affect that too. If you're scared and anticipating getting rejected every time, it's gonna put you on the back foot. This is a numbers game, man. Keep trying, and don't let this dishearten you.

Rejection is actually a good thing because:

It teaches you that it's not scary at all.
It's never actually personal, although it will feel that way at first.
It rules out the girls that weren't right for you at this point in your life.
It forces you to look at yourself and see where you could improve upon, which is where you're at now.

Your goal right now should be to try and get rejected as much as possible; say whatever comes to your mind, ignore your fear and just say whatever. Nothing too crazy though - no one wants you to get arrested, but just fucking dive in and try to get rejected. You need to get over this rejection fear, so you can manifest an IDGAF vibe. Polarise Polarise Polarise. Look that word up.

Another tip: keep approaching girls you're genuinely interested in, but don't persist and waste time and energy on the ones that aren't 100% interested in you back. Learn to recognise when a girl is attracted to you too, how she behaves, what she says etc. It's much easier to get with a girl who's open to your advance, than trying to break down the walls of a girl who isn't.

You've got a way to go, but you're actually approaching girls which takes massive balls itself. The majority of men in the world cannot do that. So at least pat yourself on the back for that, and keep going dude. I wish you the best, and I believe in you.

Yeah, they say it's all about skill, looks, and height. I'm 6'3" and handsome, fit, which is why girls approached me a lot of times, even cute ones, but when I approach directly and confidently, girls just behave indifferently. I'm like, wtf, I'm even smart, working on myself non-stop, not neutral or beta, know about body language, personality traits, and all that, yet still, it is either she's taken, or behave cold, lmao. Most of those girls appear shallow and insecure. Bloody annoying.

Most probable causes:

You don’t talk to them enough time to make a solid connection, and instead ask for a number straight away after just 1-2 minutes of conversation. Next time try to talk for 10 mins at least to have time to build something solid, enough time to connect and to get them to trust you.
Your conversations with them are dull, you don’t make them feel anything, you probably just ask a couple of generic/ordinary questions and that’s it. There is no genuine laughter from the girls, or any strong memorable impression or feeling after talking with you.
You don’t create sexual tension due to the fact that you don’t make the conversations man to woman and instead your conversations aren’t much different from the conversations you would have with your sister or a male friend.

Those tend to be the most common reasons guys get rejected.

Don’t worry too much about women at this age, instead focus on things to make sure that you can become the best version of yourself possible. You’re young so you have PLENTY of time to date and whatnot. Right now don’t sweat the small stuff and focus on putting yourself out there to socialize, build your network and have fun, and the rest will come naturally

Those guys either have been through plenty and gained enough confidence to be in a committed relationship or they invested early as in dating the same person since grade school.

I would frame it in a positive way. To me, rejections are experiences gained towards a moment of success. All successful people went through plenty of failures, they don't go around announcing them but rather, they would focus on overcoming them.

Sometimes it happens man. Some weeks you’ll approach 20 girls and get a few dates. Some weeks nothing will happen. I would consider myself fairly advantaged in a few ways but if you’re cold approaching a lot of it is chance, and you’re just optimizing for success. They key I’ve found for successful cold approaching for myself is to open with a compliment, and go right into playfully teasing her about something until she opens up a bit. Then just have normal conversation to get to know her and either take her out right then and there, or ask her out for another time and get her number.
