So I'm a freshman in college and my issue is that I'm having trouble approaching girls on campus. I don't really have trouble taking to them i just don't want to approach and have the encounter crash and burn. I've had previous hookups in high school but I'm not having the same success now in college. Any tips?

I'm a skinnier, college-aged guy (roughly ~130lbs, 5'10'') and it's hard to find form-fitting clothes that are both stylistically attractive and won't make me look feminine or "twinkish" for lack of better word. What sort of clothes do you recommend?
Also, it's painfully obvious that I'm an ectomorph and can only put on so much muscle without the roids. I have the build of a long-distance runner, in shape and toned but skinny as hell and even next to a grossly obese guy, I feel somewhat intimidated. I know that sort of insecurity isn't attractive, so what can I do to change?
Finally, for all the time I spend doing schoolwork and lifting, I feel like I'm not really getting a lot of socializing in. A part of me feels that I'm not "ready" to unleash myself on the female population ;P but I'm also kind of frustrated that I haven't done more yet. What do you recommend?

I'm seeing a movie with a girl this saturday. However, I realized I never clarified if it was a date. The way I asked her was ambiguous. How do I clarify if it is a date or not without making it too awkward if it isn't? Or should I just go and MAKE it a date with kino and flirting and such?

long story short: i only have had one gf, was a one night stand that turned into fuck buddies that turn into a relationship. after 2.5y we ended it because thing where not the same. 6 months she goes to college in italy and now after 4 years she just graduated. during this time we have sometimes talk like 2 or 3 times a year, but lately we have talk a lot more in a more close way. during this time we both have have flings but nothing serious.

i want to give it another try with her, how should i go about it? she lands here in a week. should i talk to her now, as soon as she arrives or wait a little to see how things are?

Got coworkers number, next day invited her for coffee this friday, she accepts, she seems interested as she texts me at night, take the train home together and isolate her from others, she came looking for my Facebook, did my job and reeled her in so far. Hi here: Still new to this stuff so not sure what to do here. I've got this HB-7/8 who I was kind of interested in, saw her at gym, friend's friend. We chatted and went to the gym together a few times, she calls me "coach" as I am helping her do things to lose weight. Went about 4 times and then she cancelled our last time for an "external meeting" (wtf is that? probably a date with someone else lol). Then (because she said she was going to go everyday) I asked her over text the next day, she ignored it. A waited a few days, sent her a text not related to gym going just saying hi how has it been going with you, ignored again. Then suddenly out of the blue, a few more days later, today texts me "gym today, coach?".

So how do I play this? I know I am supposed to seem busy or something with flakes who straight up ignore, or make it on my time and I don't want to seem like a bitch...but I am in fact going to the gym today so...

I assume if I do go I shouldn't mention anything about the ignoring and just play it cool? Also tips for escalating would be nice since this is a unique environment I'd say. I have done some kino in helping exercise, but it's like been 99% non-sexual and professional touching.

I got invited by a couple of my friends to drink at the local festival. It's like the octoberfest, but only smaller. They are going with their girlfriends (which I don't know) and their normal friends. Now the problem is, that I can hardly take any alcohol (family thing) and I am a shy goof around people I don't know. What do I do to be accepted in their circle ?

Also, I want a girlfriend. Should I seek for one tomorrow when we are there, or should I wait till another time ?

This isn't really a short question, but hopefully there's some stuff you guys can pick up on or experiences you can share

Alright guys, here we go. I've been reading this subreddit off and on for about 4 months now. I've made tremendous leaps in my inner game by breaking negative thought patterns and trying to find the fun in everything. At this point, I think I have two main obstacles to climb.

1- I should probably start this by saying that I'm 18 and still in Highschool. I've been dating since I was 13 and was pretty successful up until about 16 when I got into an abusive relationship for a year. Seriously, while I think there are two sides to this story, that woman was the devil. Ever since the end of that relationship, I've had to rebuild myself. Since then I've noticed, or at least think this is what is is, that I have a defense mechanism that is telling me that no one is interesting, thus I don't have a reason to talk to them. I think this stems from me not wanting to face rejection, so my ego had to justify it. I'm not sure how to get over this. I used to be excited to meet everyone and get to know them. I know that everyone is wonderful in their own unique ways, but I can't seem to break out of my defense.

2- As I stated earlier in this post, I'm in highschool. I know that a lot of what I've read about game so far doesn't quite apply to people my age, but I've been able to use a lot of the inner game content effectively. Quick lays have been easy to get for me, but I haven't been able to make emotional connections to my classmates (male or female.) I guess I'm just wondering how you would recommend practicing game in a high school setting and what I can do to prepare myself for the years to come when I can start going to bars and social events.

I should also note that approach anxiety is pretty much non-existent for me. Working in retail kicked that out of me pretty quickly, which was nice.

There's a girl who is interested in me but is super busy with school and extra curriculars that its hard to ever find a time to meet up. How do I get her to go on a date without seeming like I'm needy to go on a date with her. (That is.. I normally say, come do ___ with me on ____ day. And I've said this twice to her, but she had either club meetings or athletic meetings during these times. Should I just ask her when she's free? In that same vein, what's a good way to do that?

How do I get over the mindset that no attractive girl will ever want me because I'm hideous even though I have worked on my looks for 4 years? I don't expect things to fall into my lap and I don't think I "deserve" anything, but it's disheartening at least to hear about guys who get flirted with or at the very least smiled at from time to time. I never got that in my life. Ever.

I'm in Cambodia and I'm chilling out at one of the beaches. I was reading a book at one of the bars and was offered a drink. I decided to take a break and talk to one of the guys at the bar. As I was talking to him the girl behind the bar said she is not working tonight and asked me if I want to go get some dinner. I said sure why not. So we go on this little mini-date but I was never quite sure if it was going well or not. She said she has to work early in the morning so she doesn't want to drink too much tonight but she was interested in eating some weed brownies later. I tell some stories some go pretty well, other stories fall pretty flat. But she keeps telling me that we need to keep in contact and talk to each other on facebook or skype so I can come visit her in her small town in Germany.

After we go eating we go to another bar and talk for a bit but we only have one drink a piece. It gets to be around 1030pm and I ask if she wants to eat a brownie or have another drink. She says she really needs to go to sleep early tonight so she can work in the morning. So we call it a early night and walk her to her room. And I ask if she wants to get some Sushi tomorrow night. She seemed hesitant at first but she said yeah sure so we are meeting tonight at 7pm at her work.

Some additional notes: I never kino'd like I should but I did tell her that I think short hair is sexy and drives me crazy which she has. She liked it when I told her that. We also both kept talking about experiences with the opposite sex while travelling.

I'm pretty sure I screwed up, but I think there is still an interest. How do I not screw up tonight?
