I went out on a date with a girl I #-Closed last week, yesterday. Prior to this we had exchanged six texts over five days, and spoke for about ten minutes in person (when I got her number).

The date itself was just awkward. She made no effort to converse, kept using her phone, and would not accept any of my kino (even small stuff like "Oh nice bracelet!", etc.).

Is it ever rude to eject a date? It just felt like she didn't want to be there, and I was pretty disappointed, especially because I already went out with another girl earlier that day and that date was awesome.

I just, last week, started my senior year of high-school. Last year was the first time I had asked a girl out and it ended within two days, mutually (story for another time). Either way, I was skeptical about entering a relationship with someone this year because of the whole college thing and shit, and I kind of was at a dead end with everyone due to me being friends with or knowing everyone I would possibly want to date too well.

However I walk into my class and I see this girl that I've never seen before. Shes an HB 9 (If I'm understanding the scale correctly lol). It turns out that she just moved here a couple of months ago and this was her first year at the high school. Now I only have one class with her, and she sits on the other side of the class of about 20-25 kids. My brother from another mother sits behind her and I told him over the weekend that I was thinking about going for it, but didn't know how to approach her without seeming odd as there is no reason for me to be over there other than to hit on her. He said that he would introduce me to her to "wing man" kind of.

I need advice on a couple of things. First, how should I approach her? What should I ask my "wing man" to say to her to introduce me? I kind of want to just ask flat out if shed like to go on a date with me because I'm afraid Ill lose my chance, but I feel like there's this social cliche of having to become semi-decent friends due to me still being in high school.

Then there's the problem of if I do decide to ask her out from the bat, what should I propose? Is it wrong for a first date to be during the week when you're in high school? She is a cheerleader, so all of her Fridays are taken up by that. And how should I do it? I only have about 3 minutes of passing time to ask her out, and during that time its when I'm surrounded by people. I kind of want to be alone with her when I do ask her. How can I accomplish that?

So after reading that, I need your help seddit. Again I am sorry if this post seems too sappy for seduction, or if I seem too immature. I just need someones advice/encouragement and I figured this would be the place. Thanks a ton in advance, and any clarification needed I can provide!

Edit: Wow. I would just like to say that this community is really great. Thanks for all of your help, I'm going to ask her (or tell her haha) on Thursday. I'm clueless on how to flirt and escalate around girls. I'm pretty confident and fun to hang out with(as I've been told) but I can never get the right attitude to show a girl I want her without feeling creepy.

First off, I would consider myself an "intermediate" when it comes to dating. I've gone on countless dates and have learned quite a lot. I know what works and what doesn’t work for me. I can usually go out and at least get a couple numbers if not k-close consistently every night. But as my life is picking up, I'm sick of going on petty dates with woman. I don't have time. I can't be drinking alcohol nearly ever due to my profession. I have enough friends as it is. I don't want a girlfriend. I just want to fuck everything. What I am asking is if anyone has any experience on not going on any dates whatsoever. I'm 21 years old. I just want to hook up/fuck. How do I sell this to girls though. I am into sex, and I know girls enjoy sex as well. So how do I bypass this idea of "getting a drink,” or “getting to know you?” I don’t want to get to know them. And since I can't be drinking nearly ever, how do I open with this idea to woman?

Maybe a bit late for this but how do I convince myself that women actually want to be talked to. I always see a group of girls and I am convinced they want to be left alone and any attempt to approach would just results in them thinking I'm a pervert.

How am I supposed to meet girls when the usual ways are not possible? My friends do not go out, I got rejected from college AGAIN so no school (I am 20) and I am abit shy. Cutie at work, she turned 17 a couple months ago, I'm 22. Tonight found out her long time bf(at least 1+ years together) broke up with her. We have worked together for about a year and a half. So I meet this girl and we hit it off well right away, and plan to basically have a date. The thing is, I believe she is taken but because she is still willing to hang out with me alone, I'm not letting it phase me. She then wanted to reschedule and I replied that I'm busy for the week except for the originally planned time (I actually am), but she hasn't replied to me after that. So I'm messaging a girl on OKCupid and TL;DR the conversation is stuck in "interview mode." She actually messaged me first, saying how she was tired of getting messages from guys with low match percentages. After a few messages I asked her to meet up; she said "eventually we should, but talking more may be necessary." I translated it as I have to build more comfort with her, so I'm still messaging her and will ask her out again later in the week. Problem is, she's not a good conversationalist. I've been asking her questions about what she does (she just got a Master's in social work), but when she replies she just answers the questions and doesn't provide a follow-up question for me. It feels kind of one-sided with her just talking about herself and no back-and-forth, which really sucks with just text and no face-to-face. Part of me is wary that this is a sign that she might have lost interest, but on the other hand she's still messaging me, plus she messaged me first (which is rare for guys of course), and of course "assume attraction." So bottom line: how should I spice up the conversation to get out of "interview mode," get her to ask questions, and build comfort to the point that we can meet up?

I went to a college party a few weeks ago and because of everything i learned from this subreddit, I met a bunch of people and had 2 K-closes.
