Q4Women Are hardworking guys attractive, how attractive of a characteristic is a man's ability to work hard?

Hard work is basically a measure of how successful a man will become. Most women I know, value success in a man a lot more than any other factor of attraction(as long as the man in question meets a base level of aesthetics). Is it safe to say that the ability of a man to work hard is a very important factor when it comes to attraction?
