That would be because of the unfair rape laws that she is opposed to, no? I'm assuming from the context that they are similar to here, where rape is defined as penetration, in which case it is impossible for a woman to commit rape. I really do not see why anyone would oppose something like this. It's as if they're against some rapists, but only if they're men.

If you're using your own fucking opinions (which are completely incorrect, by the way), then don't fucking try to influence the legal system which is meant to work without bias.

I know of men in India who have been raped and framed as the rapist when they report it.

As a society, we need to stop labeling things as men's rights or women's rights. We need to reach true gender and sex equality. We can't let extremists stray us away from the true passion of our human empathy and we need to fix the double standards of both men and women. We can do it as long as we don't listen to men or women who act like this.

*First point, don't use a straw-arguement ("some feminists" is actually just two women who don't agree but don't identify as feminists).

*Second point--recognize that the way rape is perceived and legislated in India is very different from the way it is perceived and legislated in the U.S.
