Fellow UK redditor here and I completely agree.

Women out on the town know they have a free pass to cause any type of trouble they like with guys and get away with it... and unfortunately a certain number of them take the opportunity to do that. In Manchester it's far more common to see women start fights than to see guys.

I think it's down to how the sexes treat each other. Men know not to start fights because if they do they are going to get hurt, women on the other hand always seem genuinely shocked when/if they get punched back. They are so self entitled that it doesn't cross their mind that anyone would dare hit them just because they have hit the other person first. (Most of the people I see hit back are other women as guys are too frightened to do so.)

My only advice is to try avoid certain bars. If you ask around there will be some pubs/clubs that don't attract that type of crowd (specifically you want places that have a non chav/skally clientele, rocker and metal places are good for this).

I've only been attacked once while in UK (I'm 2nd year international student), it was in a pub. I was sitting with some friends, having a pint when this seriously drunk girl comes and asks if she owes me £5. I said that she doesn't, so she asked me to give her £5 back (yea, talk about logic.) So I realized that she's just messing and told to go away, but she got aggressive, started pushing me, we all stood up, she started throwing slaps left and right, someone called the bouncer and he kicked her out.

She then called police while standing in front of the pub and ran away soon after that. Bouncer came to us and asked if we could explain the police what happened (apparently girl called police only because bouncer pushed her), we agreed, explained them everything and went back to our table.

Also fellow UK Redditor... most women who go out on the town on Sat nights are obese by the time they're 30. I have also seen women in Cardiff city centre piss in the middle of the street.. not even squatting just thong down, bend forward and piss at a 90 degree angle.

It's actually quite well acknowledged in the UK that women are becoming increasingly problematic regarding binge-drinking and their subsequent behaviour. In fact the MSM have regularly reported that while (depending on which study you look at) binge-drinking with men is either static or in decline, with women it is increasing quite dramatically.

Not only that, but it seems that the girls are just really fucking shit at taking their ale.

I'd recommend you avoid typical scally pubs/clubs. i.e. Wetherspoons, O'Neills, Liquid, etc.

I've never had this problem at rock or house/trance clubs. In more mainstream places you get the chavs/scallies who will cause grief.

American living in England. At an oversold & packed Muse show in Manchester, my wife and I had a run-in with one of these drunk bitches. After being near the front for half of the show, beer and piss breaks made it impossible to get anywhere near the front afterwards. So, we were in the back, where it was still jam-packed. As in, people having to squeeze through, barely able to move, etc.

I was standing behind my wife, with my arms around her, and some drunk chick tried to squeeze in between us (after having no luck anywhere else). I just looked at her and said "Go around." She got this shocked look on her face and tried to push through again. I denied that again, and said to her... "Look, you're not getting through here. I don't know where you think you're going to get to, we're all fucking packed in like cattle." This prompted the shocked look, which turned into rage.

She started screaming some nonsense and then threw her (almost) full beer at me; soaking me and my wife. I gave her the death stare and said "Go. Now." Her rage turned to confusion. (half growling at this point...) "Get the fuck away from me right now." She got the fuck away.

UK Bouncer here. Women are hassle when they're drunk, end of. They have fewer physical boundaries than guys do (since guys grow getting punched when they act like dicks). Last night we threw out four guys and a girl - why? The girl had been teasing and stirring all night trying to get a fight brewing and then tada! she got her wish and courteous punt out the door.

If you act up in a bar there is a possibility either some guy or group of guys kicks your ass or the bounce uses your face to open the door on the way out.
I think the solution is for bars to hire female bouncers, watch the crowd and forcefully eject female patrons that act up causing bodily harm as they do..
The other thing if you see some guy hit a gal in a bar and you didn't see the start of it don't automatically assume that you need to go kick the guys ass.

The best thing you can do to prevent this is learn some martial arts and learn how to stop the women from attacking. I'd recommend brazilian jiu jitsu for all the locks and holds. You're gonna get shit canned by the police if you hit her, but you'll be good if you can get her in a lock without punching.

It's exactly the same where I come from. I'm 32 now and it has always been this way but it's getting worse. I have even seen girls try to become aggressive because I've blanked them. I am really not one for hitting women but honestly thinking about it I see no reason why I shouldn't. I'm 5'10/11 myself and about 11.5stone/73kg so I'm no monster, saying that I'm pretty good at kicking the shit out of people twice my size if I have to and you know what the next time this happens to me (there will be a next time) I think I'll show the girl in question what equality actually means. I'm a guy and I was punched in the side of the face by a girl for no reason at all as I was walking out of a bar. Me and a friend were following her and her friend out the door by coincidence and I was talking about nothing in particular that would have her punch me. I sluffed it off because I was drunk and didn't really care at the time. It seems to me that more and more girls are getting brave and don't seem to think it's a problem to do this. If I was sober at the time I might have done something such as go to the cops. I did want to smack her but I'm a smart man and I know what that leads to although my patience is wearing thin and I believe I just might stand up for myself next time and that is a scary thought. I found out that this girl is prone to doing this sort of thing especially if she is drunk and has done it to other people I know. My question to girls out there is do they notice this also that other girls, maybe even their friends, don't see it as a problem to smack or punch a guy? Do they think a guy has the right to fight back?

It isn't just british women, although the last few I met were worse than their American counterparts. I have pretty muched stopped going to houseparties and bars for this reason alone. Their personalities are so crappy that when I meet a nice one I am literally surprised, shocked.

I live right off campus of a big public university in the south and every thurs, and friday and saturday night it is nothing but high pitched squeeling and girls flailing about in the streets. And the pissing. I saw one girl get arrested for squating down and pissing right infront of a jimmi johns at 2am just a few weeks ago.

In the last few months alone I have seen drunk girl after drunk girl screaming at a male, presumably her boyfriend, while doing nothing more than walking by dog.

Again, I haven't even been going to bars and parties much at all in the last year or so but the few times I have I have seen girls start fights over nothing.

This is all probably the result of raising girls since they were babies in a way that tells them they can do no wrong. I predict it will only get worse, and amusingly, all the while women will still proclaims, "where are all the good men?"
