Now my problem. I don't want to take her "back out option" to only have a court ordered paternity test paperwork waiting on me one day a year and a half from now or child support paperwork being served to me. Is there anything i can legally do to bind her to her "back out now and you don't have to be involved" option.

Nope, you're screwed once she decides she wants child support.

If you leave your state and flee, she may realize you're serious and get an abortion.

If you want to be totally safe, you need to leave the country.

Do whatever you can to relinquish your parental rights, I suppose, assuming the child is actually yours. Each state has different requirements for doing so, but (I feel this goes without saying, but whatever) your girlfriend would also have to be cool with you wanting to relinquish your parental rights. If she's serious about keeping it and wants you to be involved in the child's life when it's born, then that'll be a separate shit show.

Your choices are two fold.

Pay for a child you see or pay for a child you don't see.

Tell her you plan to sue for custody if she goes ahead with the pregnancy. Find whatever dirt you can on her. Do your best to try for custody. You won't get it but maybe she'll consider abortion or have a convenient 'miscarriage.' And maybe you'll get really, really, REALLY lucky and get wednesday nights and every other weekend visitation.

Speaking of convenient miscarriages, you should stop having sex with her, RIGHT NOW. It's entirely possible she isn't pregnant and she's going to do the 'welp, I be up da duff so no need for birth control or condoms any more, hahaha' and then immediately get pregnant.

And, for any guy who's reading this, if you're through with a woman, END THE FUCKING RELATIONSHIP. Don't go back for a few more dips in the ol' pool.

You should have worn a condom, take personal responsibility for what youve done. While this is an unfortunate, uncomfortable and undesirable position for you to be in, your child will be grateful for your presence in is life, you don't have to be with her to do that. You're only viable option is convincing her to get an abortion. You've said she wants to keep the child, while implying that she ALSO wants to keep you. Her desire to keep you is your only real leverage, which you can use with what Tom Lekis used to call the "Hail Mary." Just like in football, this is a long shot.

A google search on "Tom Leykis Hail Mary" will turn up some details on how this works. And there are probably youtube clips from his radio program that explain the details. But a quick summary is as follows:

First you have to convince her that you really love her and want to be with her, and you'd really like to marry her and have a family with her. You'd say something along the lines of; "Sweetheart...now is just not the time. No money, no house, no job prospects if we have to leave school to raise a kid. Instead, let's get the abortion, and once we graduate and get a good start, we can do some serious family planning."

This is not an exact script. These are just the ideas that you want to get her to buy into. You have to make her believe that you want her, and that you'll marry her. But a baby right now, is just not a good idea.

If you manage to convince her, take her to the clinic first thing the next morning, and get the job done. Pay for it yourself. Beg, borrow or steal the cash any way you can, if you happen to be broke right now. Now is not the time to be cheap.

Once the deed is done, and you're on your way home with her, stop at McDonalds, and buy her an egg mcmuffin.

When you get back to her place, you put her into bed so she can recover from the ordeal, and once she's settled in, you tell her: "You just about ruined my life. I never want to see your skanky ass again."

Then you're out the door.

I know that there are a lot of people would see this as terribly cruel, but son...this chick has your life in her hands right now. She can fuck you up for the next 18-22 years. Also, it is very possible that she did this intentionally to keep you around. That shit just ain't cool.

I would also check out some other tom leykis vids/clips. I know he did one episode about talking a girl into having a abortion.

Basically, talk to her and tell her that you want to marry her and that you are going to spend your life together and so on. BUT, make it very clear to her that for that to happen, for you and her to have that dream life together, she needs to get an abortion. Sell it man. Make it clear to her that if she has this kid now, against your wishes, then you won't be able to ever trust her again and that it will drive you apart...then sell her, tell her how you want this great life with her, travel and whatever it is you think would sell her, and be firm about the part about it destroying the relationship but be mooshy about how you love her and she is the greatest gal and your dream girl and whatever it is she would want to hear. Also, make sure you sell the part about having kids down the road. Sell her about how having one abortion now will mean you will have a career and kids with her in just a few years. Point out how it is nothing but a small fetus, it doesn't feel pain, and is smaller than a dime and it is no big deal.

She needs to see that giving up this small advantage now will mean that she is gaining more in the long run...sell it. Then after she has the abortion, wait a few weeks and drop her like a bad habit and for the love of god wear a fucking condom.

Understand that this woman will do it again and is probably only getting pregnant because she felt that you were getting distant. Good luck.

Morally you have no responsibility for the child. It takes two to get pregnant but only one to make the choice to carry the foetus to term and deliver a new life into the world.

You could try to talk her into giving it up for adoption. The problem there is that many women who plan on doing that change their mind after they give birth. Perhaps if you can get that waiver signed that a few other people here mentioned.

There is nothing you can do if the child is yours. Anything she would put in writing would be void, child support is not for the parent's benefit, it's for the child. She legally cannot decline child support. There are tests that can be done during pregnancy to confirm paternity. Amnio at 5 months, I believe villia sampling can be done up to 3 months. Proving it's not yours is your only option.

Even if you had proof that she was attempting to fraud you in some way by sabotaging birth control, you would still be on the hook to the child. You can try to get her to go the adoption route or possibly try to that if she keeps it you will fight for 100% custody. Can't think of much else.

These are all possible strategies that you can employ.

1) Invite her over to your place, get her favorite drink and spice it up with some abortion pill.
2) Dissimulate interest into having the child and wanting to live with her the rest of your life even though you will be a poor manual worker because you have to stop your studies.
3) Say to her that unfortunately you will not be there for the child since you have found a well paying job in Europe. The fact that she will not be able to collect her pound of child support flesh from you will make her think it over.
4) Tell her that you want a life together with her and lots of children but not now, you first have to study hard to get your degree so that you will get a well paying job so that you will be able to buy a big nice house for her and all the things that she deserves.
5) Sign up to be a big brother to some charity organization, and pick up a male child with some serious mental problems, then one day you take your soon-to-be baby mama out to meet your little cousin and convince her that that disease runs in your family.

There are other options too, but I think I have being devious enough.

Are you away for school? Does she know your last name? If the answer is Yes and No respectively then quit school and move home then to another school. Change your phone number and halt all contact with her and everyone that can link you to her.

Do not do a paternity test. Find all pictures of both of you together and burn them or format hard drive with a magnet. Leave no evidence that you knew this person. When or if people find you to claim that you know her, deny everything and refuse to give up any DNA without a court order.

This still may not work but it is a good start. The amount of money she would have to spend to find you would be the best deterrent for going out and looking for you.

Other than this, you can leave the country. Or stay and be screwed.
