I’m going to watch this and I’m only two minutes in but this is probably just going to prove what a lot of us already say.

We know women aren’t attracted to large muscles, but they’re only attracted to immutable characteristics.

For example two things, the tik tok comedian asking which picture women found more attractive.

It was the one with hair and where he was thing

The other guy asking why he gets more matches where he isn’t showing off his arms

It’s because women find immutable characteristics attractive like height, hair, facial structure.

That’s why it’s so unfair that women can work on themselves and become more attractive but any of the ways men can work on themselves actually makes themselves less attractive.

That’s what the issue is, that’s why men are so disgruntled because there is literally nothing we can do to make ourselves look like Timothee Chalamet therefore most men are hopeless and we have to navigate our lives knowing the other sex sees us as inferior and we’re just not good enough for them for reasons out of our control and despite this we still have to navigate life and work among these women who were invisible to sexually or romantically while still pretending like we’re equals when to them we’re not.

I mean they’re fine with us if we stay in our lane and don’t "bother" them by pursuing them, but even then professionally women will never respect us if we don’t also have the traits they find physically attractive.

So simply put being a man that isn’t conventionally good looking just absolutely fucking sucks and women will never know what that feels like so they can’t empathize and since they’re in a position of privilege they’re under no obligation to even care

I didn’t watch the video but photofeeler says something similar.

The photos we think are hot and attractive to men are different from the photos men think are attractive of us.

Same goes for men. The pics they choose, that they believe are attractive to women, are different from the photos women find attractive on photofeeler via the votes.

This looks interesting. I'm about a minute in and I plan to watch the entire thing but before I do let me say this.

The issue with what men think women find attractive and what women actually find attractive isn't so much a divide between our perception and their words. The issue is the divide between what women say and what women do; their words versus their actions. People can tip toe and tap dance around that inconvenient truth all they want but we all know there's a whole lot more truth to it than most women, especially the ones in this subreddit, would care to admit.

So yeah, I'm sure they'll discuss beards versus clean shaven, tattoos versus no tattoos, bulging muscles versus dad bods etc. It will be supported by stockpiles of science and tons of experts will weigh in with years of research behind them. And that's all fine and dandy. But it doesn't negate the fact that many women will say with a straight face that they find characteristics X, Y and Z attractive in a man then go out and date, mate and procreate with the polar opposite. We've all observed it.

Not watching this, but I don't believe that women are into either boyishness and sensitivity or hyper-masculinity and aggressiveness per se. I think what women are mostly into is status, and all of that other stuff is just secondary justification. A hyper-masculine and aggressive famous musician and a boyish, sensitive famous musician probably get laid equally as much.

Accurate video! I think it’s interesting that I see so many people on this sub insist that for women attractiveness is all about physical traits. For example, I didn’t think andrew garfield (who is objectively a handsome guy) wasn’t all that attractive until I saw him in interviews where he just comes across like a really sweet, emotionally intelligent person, and that’s really what made him attractive to me.
