I'm curious to know what your female family and friends who have rejected FDS are doing with their lives now? There is a spectrum of Pickmeisha's out there. I think it's ok to be friends with some pickmes and hopefully help them see the light one day, while others are dangerous and should be avoided. Most of my cousins and friends are pickmes who have rejected FDS. Here is what they are up to. Some of these are cautionary tales.

Pickmeisha Friend 1: Graduated from an elite uni with a kick ass degree that could get her a job anywhere. Settled for marrying a broke, uneducated narc. She works 6 days per week, has a 6 month old, is the breadwinner, does all the housework and child labor, pays 100% rent and all other expenses. Her narc spends the little money he makes on drinking and partying. After she gave birth, he basically didn't want to help her or support her financially and was fine with leaving their child to 💩 on itself with no diapers and no sanitary products for her. She came from an upper middle class family and was mentally healthy before this but now struggles with depression and has mentioned that she would unalive herself if she didn't have a child. She'd be woken up all hours if the night by a crying baby to take care of and still go to work, cook, clean, grocery shop look after the scrote's children from a previous marriage and finance the household. She's repaid with narcissistic abuse. It breaks my heart.

Ex- Pickmeisha Friend 2: Highly educated, Ambitious, go- getter but always begging for scraps from scrotes who use her. Dates for potential. Currently has a medical resident bf living rent free with her. I'm sure he's going to ditch her once he's finished his residency and earning well. She cooks, cleans, and pays all the bills. She gets annoyed he will never help with chores ever. He has never taken her on a single date and tells her he is so broke that he can't even take her out for an ice-cream. She is my ex-friend now because she was the type to throw women under the bus for male validation. She joined a MLM scheme. The boss babe, "working on my business" was exhausting to deal with.

Pickmeisha Friend 3: Lovely girl. The only one married to an HVM. In high school we made a pact to be strong independent women. But she's financially dependent on her husband. Yes your husband should should support you, but you need to have a £uck off fund incase anything changes, or if something happens to him. Even her husband gets worried she won't manage if something ever happened to him and constantly encourages her to learn about crypto and investing and save some money for herself.

Pickme cousin 1: Called me a misogynist when I introduced her to FDS. Said I was putting women into a box by discouraging 50/50. Because all of her friends do things that way and they are happy. I casually asked if their bfs contributed to the housework and cooking 50/50 and why it was fair for women earning .77 cents on the dollar to pay 50/50 when they were earning and saving less. Also asked if her 50/50 friends were paying for their own birth control? Or expenses related to pregnancy? What compensation were they getting for risking their lives to bear a scrote's children? She was speechless. She's currently always broke, in huge debts but whips out her credit and adds to that debt by paying for scrotes' drinks.

Pickme cousin 2: She's a few years older than me but we used to be very close. Decides to chant "not all men" at me when I opened up to her about the physical and emotional abuse I endured at the hands of a narc. She recently ditched her brother when he was having surgery even though they live in the same city. His friends had to take care of him. She went to France with a guy who ended up being terrible to her and giving her the worst time. She has ditched me at night clubs and bars to go hook-up with guys whenever I travelled to her country to see her. She idealised scrotes as soon as she meets them, and is never cautious even though the inevitable mask dropping is so predictable . Still keeps in contact with her ex who tried to make a move on me when she was drunk and asleep. I managed to stop him by hitting him 🙄. Cut contact with her after she told me she was still going to keep in contact with him. Today, she's 31, always broke (by choices she makes), can't commit to anything, not reliable but still whips out her card and buys dinner and drinks for scrotes.

These are just cautionary tales of what could happen if you center your life around men. Best to leave them decentred from your life.
