simplest answer is to give the child up for adoption

for all the downsides adoption can bring to a child, none will compare to being referred to as rape, a mistake, wrong gender etc

The child will discover this when they get older, and i predict a divorce for this couple

they are not fit parents plain and simple, and they will be noticed by social services who will of course do little other than virtue signal about diversity and the fear of being accused of homophobia.

I hope the lawsuit is thrown out as frivolous and they pay for the damage done to the clinic reputation.

One of the more disturbing pieces of information from this article is that they both work in University. One as a new students transition officer and the other as 'chief diversity' officer.

How are two people so blatantly hateful towards even a newborn male child that is their own baby allowed to be in charge of students? Do they just refuse to work with male students? What about male co-workers? How do even function in the real world if the thought of being touched by your own male newborn causes you "intense anxiety and electric shockwaves"?

How did the world get so f*cked up to give these people so much power and influence over culture? They are both mentally unfit and should never have been allowed to go through IVF. I just can't even...

Correct me if I'm misinterpreting this but from the way they wrote that statement it sounds like they haven't even given him a name. They keep referring to him in an odd way throughout the article and it never says at any point his name was withheld. I'm not 100% on this but given how public they're being about this I don't think privacy is an issue.

All that aside though I think they have a case on the business side. All those embryos go under a microscope before implantation so there's no way the wrong one could have been selected without serious negligence occurring

I went to the college they work at. They were weird but nice overall. I think that the place should be sued if they messed up, but this is so public. That poor kid, especially since it seems like they grew to love him.
