She listened to her friends who all told her she deserved more, like flowers every day, me waiting on her every whim. She spent the last of my savings on a kitchen refurbishment and then assumed she would get full custody and the house.

I got the house as I refused to pay the mortgage for her. She got my army pension (only 4 years worth of contributions, I kept my army reserve pension and 10 years of my government pension) she got half of the equity. Now I'm looking to move back to my home town. I've reassured my daughter we will carry on seeing each other.

She's now complaining about her pokey flat. Complaining that all her friends have left her (they were only interested in the gossip) and complaining that our daughter has more fun with me. And she has no money.

She mainly has no money as she can't budget and goes from week to week creating more debt.

She did say she would take me to court. No idea what for, we've made our financial agreement. A clean break financial order can't be amended in the UK.

Bearing in mind she's just told me she was broke I said I'd just beat her again.
