As a general thing, no. Not a bad thing to be turned on by making your partner cum.
That being said, it's absolutely possible to make your partner's orgasms about yourself and from my own personal experience, that feels kind of yucky.

I'm not someone who likes to orgasm every time. I view sex as a bonding, mutually enjoyable experience. Not just as a means to an orgasm. And I am very clear about that when sex is on the table with my partners. Sometimes it can't happen, sometimes I don't super want it to happen.
And I have absolutely been put in situations where it's not "do you want to orgasm", it's "I want you to orgasm, and I'm going to keep pushing it because I think it's hot when you do". When the focus gets shifted from "I want you to enjoy this experience" to "I want you to perform for me", it starts falling into bad feels territory. Especially when you're made to feel bad about not being able to get there for whatever reason.

Now, this absolutely goes both ways. And I've definitely seen a fair share of women who shame men for not getting off. Hell, I've had my own experiences where guys have apologized profusely because they couldn't, and beat themselves up over it. But just based on my own personal experience, I've absolutely had partners who have made MY pleasure and orgasms almost entirely about them.

The thing here is that this story is mostly for women who are bitter about any man being happy doing anything. These are traumatized people who genuinely need therapy and, likely, don't really realize that. They are profiting off of trauma and anger. No sane woman cares about this.

But this is the kind of phrasing that turned me off to Clinton during the election.
