Yeah, im highly skeptical of this "FINDING OTHER PEOPLE ATTRACTIVE IN A COMMITTED RELATIONSHIP IS NORMAL!!11!1" thing they keep pushing. My boyfriend has never found another girl 'attractive' since dating me. When asked he said, "Occasionally I will see a girl and mentally recognize that she is objectively pretty, but then it's like it just doesn't connect. My brain just shrugs. She's not you, so I'm not 'attracted' to her. People are just there."

I feel the same way about men that I see. I can tell they are good looking but am I attracted to them? No. I love someone. That whole narrative is stretched to its limit to excuse mental cheating, usually on the part of men.

This is getting so sad. Why are young women so passive and scared to speak up about things that are openly disrespectful?
