So, I've seen it happen plenty of times: guy frets about being ugly, or not looking anything like Chad, and some people try to cheer him up and say, "Go outside or go to Walmart, have a look around! There are plenty of fat, ugly guys in relationships! Some fat/ugly guys are even in relationships with extremely beautiful women, happens all the time!"

What these people don't realize is that, women literally find manliness attractive. What we might define as "ugly" features, such as asymmetrical faces, obesity, scars, burn marks, hairiness, etc. etc. are actually hallmark indicators of a masculine person.

In a way it could be argued that yes, what they're saying is true: you don't NEED to be Chad for plenty of women to want you. Hell, you can be wheelchair-bound, fat, covered in body/facial hair, and even have a little handful of deformities and you'll probably get some pussy if you just fucking try. But that's just it: that fat, ugly guy is obviously... a guy!

Think about it. Think about gender dimorphism. Think about how incredibly common it is for the man in a relationship to look like a man. I mean, fucking duh, right? But seriously, tell me—go people-watching anywhere and tell me how many beardless, femboy-twink-looking guys you see actually in relationships. Look at any male Hollywood celebrity and they'll like have facial hair, big strong muscles, etc. obviously all the things that women think are hot (otherwise, why would these dudes even be motherfucking celebrities?). Do you see any fucking androgynous men or femboys being celebrated anywhere NEAR the ranks of people like Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, or any of the other extremely "hot", masculine-looking famous men?

(most) feminine men are obviously not getting into any relationships and are really only desires by a very small group of women everywhere. Men both ugly and not, however? By contrast, couples with ugly males are fucking everywhere. And that's because, surprise surprise, these men are masculine—not ugly!

That guy with the scars on his face? Badass. Probably got in a few fights or something. The lazy eye and the unkempt pube-tuft of a beard? Well, he's obviously manly. The hairy, fat guy with the disgusting teeth? Still can get laid.

I'm sure every single person on this sub can name plenty more guys who fit the exact archetypes I described above who could get laid or had a girlfriend, than some cute femboy or androgynous pretty boy.

When women think "ugly", they think "feminine". Honestly, I'd seriously go so far as to argue that even height, fortune, success, or any other "alpha" feature people tote here as necessary actually doesn't mean fucking anything. As long as you obviously look like a guy, you're gonna have a huge chance of getting laid. It's whether you look like a chick or not that's going to net you zero chances. At this point, I don't think anybody in the world could be an incel unless they were androgynous or straightup feminine-looking. If I can tell that you're a guy at first glance, you have literally no excuse.
