I never asked out a waitress but i work with them.

Just do it bro shes human just like everybody else. I've seen plenty of reactions from my coworkers that are asked for their numbers and such. One time this girl roasted the guy in the kitchen. Another time one of my co workers was asked her for her number by a cute guy and could not stfu about it until the end of the shift lol.

point of the matter is we don't know how she'll react, because just like any other human, we don't know anything about her. she might be into you, she might have a BF, she might not even be into guys. but no point in stressing in this shit trust me.

as long as ur doing everything possible to make sure your SMV is up to date, you have nothing to worry about friend :). now go get that number and beat some cheeks

Maybe just leave a note in Italian with the tip asking her out with your number. That way, she doesn't feel pressured by the constraints of her being at work to respond a certain way, and you can just sit and relax, if a call comes, it comes.

Could just put your name and number on a piece of paper, tell her she’s cute/a non-sexual/non-creepy compliment and that you’d like to get to know her more so that way she doesn’t feel like she has to say yes because of her job

Don't overthink: Feel. Have asked/been asked 3 times (Thailand, Copenhagen). Be polite and respectful, lighthearted. If she likes you you could be a great distraction from a dead end job for her. The simplest way is to try to ask her something, about her, maybe try to notice something about her as best you can and gauge her reaction and tone of voice when she isn't too rushed. Then say "Any chance you're free for a coffee some time?" And it'll write itself from there. Remember to be kind and smile, face her with your body so she knows what you mean, without being aggressive of course. The goal is to handle any no with stride.

Most of them are dating or married to a guy who asked them out at work. I know 4 bartenders and countless waitresses dating or married to a customer. This isn't like asking out a stripper who views you like a mark.

I've had personal luck as well. I will add, usually was a customer that they met several times. Go back for coffee once a week and if she seems to like stopping and talking to you for a minute or two each time then go for it.

Yes quite a few times. Not just waittresses but like servers and attendants. It was natural and came as a result of my energy and horniness bubbling up in which time I felt an openness of energy by being next to them, you know, the spark that you instinctually feel and I took action in that energy. It's quite confident energy where I'm 100% sure she will give me her number and flirt back because I just felt it non-verbally prior to taking action. It's not written in stone that women working are not open to that also women are not rational and will break rules for u if they are attracted most of the times.

I recommend flirting with her but with the thought that you can't actually ask her out.

It's a good way to polish up on your charm. She's not likely to be rude to you, and eventually you can tell her you're just approaching for the real thing.

Then tip her well, if it's customary.

But don't ask her out. Maybe she'll ask you.

Yes. I was having lunch at a restaurant by myself. Noticed a girl sitting by herself in another booth. Turned out she was a Waitress at the restaurant and was on break. So when her break finished, she started coming to this like server station that happened to be behind where I was sitting. She came over to the station twice.
