This is pretty much the "Green Light" to a guy that you have a "more than friends" interest.

I know a quite a few girls who are very touchy/feely and it took a long time to understand that they weren't hitting on me, so I wouldn't recommend that as a reliable method.

A number of comments have "Be attractive" as advice. I know it's sort of joking, but basically a guys definition of "attractive" is breathing, clean and showing a female figure*. So that means shape complimenting outfits. But try and reserve that sort of thing for them. Guys notice clothing because we are always trying to look at your boobs. When not looking at your boobs we are looking at your ass.

When a guy cares about you as a person (and not a sex object), he'll look at your face as if the rest of you doesn't exist.

*a female figure can be found in all body types, basically don't look like a dude.

tell him indirectly you like something he has/is (example: he has a tattoo, say you love guys with tattoos)
lock eyes, shy smile, look down, lock eyes again. Repeat until he is yours.
simpliest trick in the book, tell his friends that you "like him". Let the gossip work for you.

Get him thinking about you naked. Casually tell a story that starts with you in the shower and the doorbell rang... Or something like that. Do it subtly and he'll be thinking about that image for a while.

Say his name when you speak to him. When he's joking around you could say "ohh _name" and lightly slap his arm. Or just tuck it into a conversation. "Hey __, what's your favourite __?" try to do it once per conversation, it'll make him feel good without really knowing why. Let him text you first most days, but initiate sometimes so he doesn't get self conscious.

Touch him as much as you can, let him help you if you need to step over/ onto/ down from things and smile answer thank him after.

Smile a lot, especially with your eyes. Make eye contact but don't be a creep about it. Don't have full conversations by texting- save stories and news for when you see him- but follow his lead on this one.

IMO, I would advised this;

When you see him, flirt from a distance, eye contact, open body language, make yourself available for him to approach. The problem I see here is that women love for the guy to approach them not the other way around.

Next, actually approach him and start up a conversation, use kino it works the same way, light touches at first, but quickly escalate the touch men are way more open to touching so you can move things along very quickly. Although I wouldn't advised walking up and grabbing his dick, without at lease saying "Hello" first. Ha Ha!

If you have a great conversation and you're still into him and want to hang out or go on a date offer your number before he asks for it.

However women in general a very concerned with guys thinking they are sluts, or easy and all those other things, there is also the deniability with her friends... but if you don't have any concerns about those things then go for it!

You can still be subtle and successful.

I forget where I read this, but there is an article describing men and women's wants in potential mates. Women often seek protection, comfort, and dominance in a man. Men want women who are selectively flirty. Basically, a girl that is very selective and choosy, but chooses them, and is not interested in other guys.

If you want to know how to make guys hit on you, I'm not sure there's an answer for that except dress slutty, though I doubt that's the type of attention you want. If a girl goes out of her way to make eye contact, smile, brush my arm, laugh at my jokes, etc, it makes it way easier to take it to the next level. Just be forward. Make him not be afraid you're going to reject him.

Most women don't have the balls to really run game on guys. If you want to approach guys, that's one thing. If you want guys to approach you, that's different.

If you're hitting on guys: Go over and talk to him (say "You know, it's not polite to stare and then not say hello." if you can't think of something on the spot. It's not nearly as cheesy as it reads on paper and most guys will be falling over themselves at this point anyway). Speak slowly. Make him aware of your logistics (ride home, boyfriend, friends at the bar, etc.). Don't talk in-depth about your job. Touch him a lot. Double entendres if you can (but don't be too explicit, this can trigger the "This girl is wasted/scary/too aggressive" alert). Wear something that gets a guy's imagination going. Do not get drunk or sloppy. Makeup and lip gloss. Shit loads of eye contact and smiles. This shit isn't for pussies, so sack up!

If you just want guys to come to you, Cosmo magazine would probably have better tips. The only universal rule is look your best always. Also, don't hang close by guy friends if you're looking to get laid unless it's a really big group, it's intimidating for most suitors. Last tip: glitter makeup, it's basically code for looking for a bang. Some guys will recognize it.
