my opinion at the moment is, if you were to get involved with a girl who is already with someone you should actually support them staying together not breaking apart.

This may be controversial, but my business associates and I have been discussing this very issue. Our conclusions are that finding a girl who is unhappy in a relationship is actually a good way to find a good girl. Why? Because if you think about it, the best women tend to be serially "taken." Most high quality women (pretty, great personality, etc) are rarely single, and if they are it is generally for a brief period.

I am not suggesting you encourage cheating, but let's be honest: most women and men are pretty unhappy in their relationships, and many are subconsciously looking to get out. She is obviously hinting at that. She's likely going to dump that guy soon whether you are the one she goes for next or not. I suggest being your normal cool and flirtatious self and seeing what happens. Your interactions may also be making her boyfriend seem less and less desirable. I would see what happens.

Flirting and lunches aren't a commitment (meaning not much to "move on" from) unless if you have a busy enough schedule that you're dropping other lunches for her. So just have fun with it and don't assume she'll be available.

Use the Boyfriend Destroyers. Don't criticize the bf, or she will defend him. Praise the bf for doing all the things that he should do but doesn't (because no guy does). Tell her, "it must be great having a soulmate that shares all his feelings and never conceals anything from you." Or if she complains he's never around, you say "I'm sure he's always busy working so he can buy you expensive presents, fancy dinners, and long, relaxing vacations." This will reveal if she has any dissatisfaction in the relationship and really wants to break up.

I had the same thing with an office coworker. I ended up sleeping with her the day before she moved out of town. She's still with her bf and complains to me on a constant basis about him. I felt like it was worth it because she was my 10.

Some people are just naturally flirty. If she shows attraction use that to your advantage and when you go out it'll be easier to talk to other women because they already see you're desirable.

There are a lot of people in this world who are looking for "the next one" and I've always stayed away from them. If they are complaining to me about their boyfriend/girlfriend they overstepped the boundaries of a workplace relationship in the first place and are likely looking for a soft landing of being with another person before they leap. They do it once they'll do it again and I don't need to be a stepping stone. I think if you move in you are only setting yourself up for failure.

The best thing that ever happened to me was my girlfriend getting poached by some other guy. Really shitty experience, took a lot of time and growth to get over. But my past-self doesn't hold a candle to the person I am today: someone I never would've been motivated to become if I'd stayed in that mediocre situation with an (apparently) uninspired lover.
They're married with a kid, now.

Also, I totally poached my current girlfriend. I never met the guy, but got the impression from her brother that he was a bit of a shitter. She broke it off with him shortly after, though I don't think she fessed up to her indiscretions.
I've had her for six very busy years, now.

Your situation will inevitably be different, and there's no telling how it'll all turn out in the end. But if she's throwing hints your way, just proceed as usual.
