High quality women like you. They just do not like a sad, depressed, complaining version of you.

In order for women to like you: YOU NEED TO ACCEPT YOURSELF.

Yes, you are not the model looking guy with a six pack. Yes, you may have a mental disability. Yes, you may not have the most $$ in your bank account.

And its okay to accept that, and become better. But don't become that model, spokesperson, or rich guy thinking it will bring you happiness.

Being happy is a STATE. Its temporary. It goes away. I believe being CONTENT with what life is, will help you tremendously in this journey.

The second you do that, you will start to see improvement. You get over approach anxiety, because you love yourself. (Don't be a narcissistic douche though, always be humble). You're not afraid of showing yourself to others.

Yes, rejection happens. Want to know why it happens? You're not compatible with that girl. And that's okay. She could have been the worst thing that has ever happened in your life. Maybe you would've been the worst thing in her life.

My point is, accept who you are, become better. Then, people all around you, family members, friends, and yes, the women, will appreciate you even more.

Try to get to a point, where if something bad/negative happens to you, look at it as a learning experience.

Stop making excuses for yourself, cause you think you're "not enough". I have had nights where I was rejected countless times back and forth, but it was a learning experience and I appreciate it so much. I was able to grow from it, become mentally, physically, spiritually stronger from this mentality I've had recently.

A few tips that will help you:

1) Eat healthy and workout. Take care of your body. Don't become this diabetic loser who can't even get it up by the time he's 35 from all that crap you put into yourself.

2) Find a spiritual path in life. Meditation, religion, whatever works for you. It will help your sense of purpose in this life.

3) If you have good family/friends, build your relationship with them even more. Its important to have a good foundation and support system, we are humans at the end of the day. Its okay if you don't have it, if you follow the first two tips, usually you'll attract awesome friends who can become that for you.

4) Hobbies, passions, interests. Its okay to play video games, paint, mountain climb, blog, whatever.

5) Work towards financial STABILITY, not "Wealth". You can't bring a million bucks with you when you die. However, if you are in a tough financial situation, work your way out of it.

6) Once again, life is a journey. Don't beat yourself up so much. Learn, grow, and accept.

Best of luck to you guys, I know you have it in you.
