I wouldn't use celebrity's relationships or marriages as an example. We have no idea what's happening besides the closed doors and whatever they say to the journalists might be just an attempt to save the face.

Having said that, yes, nothing really gives you a guarantee for dating or relationship success. Sometimes couples break up, people fuck up, happy and content partners cheat etc. That's life and we take the risk. If you're in relationship/married, you always have the risk that your partner might just decide to leave you one day. You can minimize the risk by being a good partner and seeking a compatible and stable partner as well, but the risks are never zero. In the same way you can lead 100% healthy lifestyle and still develop cancer.

It also does not mean that everyone will break up, divorce or cheat. There are lots of stable and content couples who have been together for decades and have no plans to break up. Most couples in my social circle have been together for more than 10-15 years now. My husband and I have celebrated our 10th anniversary this year. There aren't any noticeable signs of abuse or drama and partners in these couples are respectful and kind to each other.

I have been abused by ☕ in past relationships so it might be the abuse talking but I don't care at this point. I'll rant away. I truly wish I didn't feel like this but it is what it is.

Women are never happy, and they tend to leave sooner or later.

You can be alpha or beta, jock or nerd, Batman or Robin, chad or virgin.. masculine or codepent (i guess we never looked at it from that perspective, but you get the point.)

There’s like a inner conflict going on or something, i can only describe from the perspective when she decides to brake up with you, she literally gets annoyed from all the comfort you give her, and you think to yourself.. she literally did everything to make me a more comfortable guy, and now she acts like as if i never existed.

and that’s not only me, literally any dude i talked about this subject described the same events.

So, the idea is when you are the aloof attractive dude she’s still going to make you comfortable for her, with little tests and comfort tests.. "open up to me" "give me a glas of water" "we should more communicate" "You never do x,y and z" and when you do x, y and z it’s never good enough. Like.. i don’t have the solution for this, but a solution could be to switch between being attractive and comfort giving.

And then the guy’s who where codependent, they literally go trough the meat grinder with lots of compliance testing, lots of boundary crossing and the dude is like.. i love her and i'm scared to tell her no because she might leave me. tap tap tap walking on eggshells

So he has to learn to be more attractive and assertive, and way less comfort giving, he also needs to learn to be the center point of his life.

But most likely he will have a furious anger towards women because he is soo codependent, that one girl just ruined his life when she decided that he doesn’t exist for her anymore, kudos to those who manage to go past their anger and find a way to be more attractive.

Because, codependent guy’s also attracts the daddy issues, BPD or Bipolar girls.. and they are not nice to him. They can, but usually it ends in tears or worse. We just don’t see it because.. reasons.

So, women tend to leave and you gotta find resolve with it, you cannot obsess or change anything, but you can fix yourself in a way that it matters to you and not her. If you do it for her, it’s a covert contract and puts her into the position of responsibility.
