Living hell. I’ve given up on everything and want to die. I miss my kids, my home and have been homeless for many years looking at an early death. I miss my mom, dad, brother and oldest son. Sadly, I wasn’t fully aware of the deliberate alienation and gaslighting of my spouse. I finally broke down and reacted, that’s all a bully needs to destroy you and take everything plus successfully filing a felony on me, in Colorado if a woman is emotionally upset she can destroy a boyfriend, husband or family member for life with no evidence.

Our society hates fathers and men, that’s why so many of us suicide. It’s the best solution.

Your best bet may be to leave that house. I know you live your family but you can’t be there for them if your in jail, beaten badly or worse. Time to get out of there for the safety of yourself and everyone else.

Awwww this brings back memories. First get cameras in your home. I used eufy at the time with 128gb SD cards. Don’t invest in wyze cameras because those are trash and the audio will make you go crazy. Get a pen camera and a recorder and record everything while in her presence. When she out of the home is when I did my best investigative work. My ex-wife was dumb enough to leave notes in her desk of her next move. As in locksmith’s, when to call the cops, getting a gun to use specifically against me, etc. Talk to tons of attorneys for free consultations even if you don’t use them as they can’t represent her due to conflict of interest. If your wife does call the cops get the officers body cam footage immediately and study her mannerisms. My ex did the whole shaking acting job and made keyword statements like: I have a gun, I’m on meds, he’s bigger than me, I’m afraid of what he’ll do to me. I also listened to the cops mannerisms and he seemed like he wanted to laugh. Officer stated it’s a civil issue, and she called while I was at work and gone for hours. Be steps ahead in this warfare.

Strongly suggesting the latest GoPro camera for various "moments," such as when interacting with the in-laws, any argument that arises -- just start recording everything. Everything. The latest version is the Hero 12 black. Get it, along with a strap or clip for wearing on your chest. Then get a few quality microSD cards. You literally want to be like an officer wearing a body cam. If not a GoPro, then find a good quality camera that is used for day-to-day interactions. Though I think the GoPro will be robust enough to survive another attack by the in-laws.

This is not an exaggeration. The cost of this equipment will be absolutely nothing compared to the time, stress, cost and expense of defending against a false domestic violence charge. Or defending against a TRO to have you removed from the marital home. Or a false battery charge by the in-laws. I say again, the cost of a camera will be nothing compared to the tens of thousands of dollars you could burn trying to disprove blatantly false allegations.

Change your direct deposit paycheck to a new account in your name only RIGHT NOW. Sell a car, motorcycle, what EVER as you need the money to live. Have a coparenting plan drawn up and have her lawyer and her sign it ASAP. Then ask your lawyer if you can leave. It’s true that you don’t EVER want to leave the house, but I have been in that hell! And I have a HUGE house, and a guest house, that the crazy b#tch still would come out and pick a fight with me.

It is actual HELL you are living in and Satan is right there with you. Terrible!!

Amazon has tons of options for body cameras some that will even easily fit in your pocket. They also have pens and key chains that double as cameras but are less obvious. Good luck man

My brother faced a similar issue and was even accused of s### abuse towards her(marital rape) & the children, physical violence her/children without any evidence. That is textbook attacks during very high conflictive divorce. So the next phase of accusations could be even more severe. Also a logical step for someone with such mental instability is Parental Alienation aka brainwashing the kids against you—look it up.

I highly advise you to:

Wear a police-like camera every time you go out, in case you encounter her, and record with just the press of a button. You could also consider purchasing a recording hand watch such as Amazfit gtr3 pro(tested & approved see https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/\_Dk9Uwob) , as it attracts less attention than holding a phone & stay black when recording by pressing just a watch button
When recording her voice only, Ensure to clearly pronounce her name during interactions, so they can understand it was her and exactly what she's doing wrong, to the best of your ability. Yep You cannot record without someone's consent, but in case of accusations, in most jurisdictions, you are free to provide any proof.
If possible, have a witness present every time you pick up or drop off the kids, or when they're at home (mother, sister) so they can testify. Be careful not to be alone with them or engage in activities that could be misconstrued(washing them naked, night massage, cosleeping in same bed). Being accused of such things is a common tactic, even among malicious attorneys, to gain custody of the children. Most judges won't take risks if there's any doubt, potentially leaving you without custody until the case is resolved, which could take months —enough time for them to be Brainwashed & hate you.
Avoid taking to her family/friends. They are not your friends. she can you for a form a of harassment or indirect peer pressure to withdraw her accusation. Worst case scenario, they can testify in written format usually against that you said this or that & this will be used as a proof in court (example: you told her brother how you indeed slap you your son bc he did this & that ). The whole point is to avoid providing any new edge of attack until the case is closed.
LAst but not least: LIFT weight /do some sport for your mental health.

One of you needs to move out ASAP. Mine took about that long to find a place, and it's been way easier to coparent our kids since then. I know what you're going through, it will get easier. Since she was the one that wanted to leave, she's the one that had to leave if that makes sense. We share the kids 50/50 and honestly the alone time/time to date is a bittersweet silver lining. Pretty much the only plus side. Wish you the best.
