The “study” says:

“They worked out the lifespans of 81 eunuchs born between 1556 and 1861.” [and determined they lived longer than non Eunuchs]

This is a correlation fallacy. Even if it’s true the Eunuchs lived longer, it doesn’t mean they lived longer because they had no testes. It could be for example that their position in society put them at less risk than the average man.
“Working out the lifespans” is not solid data. Records of this era are not that good and people often had reasons to misrepresent their age. Note the study claims some of the Eunuchs were over 100 years old, which is incredibly unlikely lifespan during that era.
