When we talk about DV or any form of abuse, we usually refer to as physical forms more. In mental forms we refer mostly to grooming and manipulation. Nagging is never in the cards although it is said to be a form of abuse.

As we know, men are more likely to physically abuse their SO, some beating them near death and such. While this concern is addressed, why isn't the concern of nagging ever considered in almost any part of the world? Women are more likely to nag more than men whether it be your SO, sister or mothers. There is also research supporting the same.

So why isn't nagging said to be a form of abuse? Considering it is a form of abuse and can be classified as a form of domestic violence (DV), why do we say men are more likely to perpetuate DV when it's not the truth?

Edit: I like how women are defending nagging considering it does have a detrimental effect of people.

It's good to see not willing to admit that they also perpetuate a form of abuse but instead defending it. It's the same as a man justifying beating his wife.
