It's a very blatant violation of the art. 3 paragraph 1 of the Italian Constitution, stating:

All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law, without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion, personal and social conditions.

With such an patent unconstitutionality, the President of Italy would be bound to refuse assent and send the bill back to the Parliament, but he's unlikely to. Let's hope the Constiutional Court has some neurons left and will strike the legislation down.

Italy is mostly ruled by lemmings that care more about power and money than governance. Can you imagine being paid 15,000 or 20,000 euros a MONTH to warm a seat and then you're presented with this? There's no way in hell they'd risk getting singled out or labeled a misogynist.

In Brazil, we have a law like that. The minimum sentence for simple homicide is 8 years, for the murder of a child (14 years old or younger) it is 12 years, and for femicide it is 20 years.

Same here in latin america. The term "femicide" is often used too, these cases often are broadcasted in most news and sometimes there's also protests on behalf of the victim, yet a man being killed most of the time doesn't get the same treatment, it's just treated like a "normal" casualty.

Rules and laws like this and how society treats women the same as children is why more people think they deserve less.

Cause they want equality. But not equality of results. So they want more things for almost no effort that is expected for men. What makes more and more people just don't find women not deserving off it.

And thats what people mean you can't have equal rights without equal efforts and responsibility that comes with it.

Like the average crime done by women and done by men that are the same thing. Women get much less heavy Jail time and fines. While the crime is the same.

All parts of court and jail and crimes. Thats why much more women are entitled. And do Karen behaviors at a much higher degree. Cause many people treat them at the same level as children.

Deserving of kindness and respect and love. Even if they them self refuse to give any of that them self to others. Society still think its a thing given.

While in the world of men. Things are earned based on if you willing to give the same kindness and respect. No men will treat a men that is very disrespectful with respect. Or go out of there way to help a person that does not give any kindness to them.

Yet for women those barriers are removed. Many things are seen and treated for granted. Cause even if they act out. They always say and find ways to say they deserving of things no matter what.

There is none pf that in mens worlds deserving? You dont deserve nothing. You earn set rights by your own actions. And lack there off.

And thats the problem with equality. If you only look at equality of input. But not at equality of results and rules and laws and social push. Then you will never have equality. Cause the world is far more unequal while people been chasing "equality" super hard for the last 20 years.

All it has done is lower requirements and lower barrier for entry and responsibilities. While at the same time give them the same money as people that do have to be held up to a high standards. Thats not equality thats special privileges.

Same as laws and rules and jail time treat men and women with different times and punishment degrees. Thats a privilege. Thats treating women like some new elite class.

Why I think if equality is not based on equal results. I don't care for equality at all. No one will care for rules and laws. If there made for one group and bend and broken for others. Why I say if equality is not based on equality of results and its not at that level. I think women deserve less. If you can't carry the same responsibility and be put to the same punishment and standards as the rest. I don't think people have to take you seriously at all.

Cause thats just extreme privilege nothing to do with equality. Why society now is a damn joke

I mean throughout history the death or harm of a woman or child has always been seen as more devastating and cruel than the harm or death of a man. Men were just expected to charge into battle and die in the most horrific ways, or take one for the team in instances such as the titanic and essentially just commit self deletion for the greater good. They just arent really hiding the fact that men's lives are worthless to them anymore
