Women absolutely do love bomb men, and it is usually BPD types who quickly attach to a Favorite Person. So if you want this, go ahead and date someone like that.

What do you mean “How do women make effort towards liking a man?” Is this about how we get ourselves to like a man? Or is it about what do we do to show a man we like him?

When I was first beginning to date my boyfriend, I would randomly leave him freshly baked stuff along with handmade/hand painted cards. He let me study at his apartment while he was at work, so I would tidy up or clean some stuff when I had time, or walk his dog. Sometimes I would cook him dinner and leave it in the fridge with a note.

Women, just like men, make it extremely obvious that they like you and care about you.

Another strategy is to make people feel needed and important. Plenty of "damsels in distress" eliciting strong emotional responses early on.

I've complimented men, its not gotten me anywhere. This isnt a criticism obv, men dont owe me their attention, but this is why I'm perplexed when men talk about when they give women complients its ignored because in my experience it goes both ways.

BPD and narcissist women love bomb just like BPD and narcissist men, it may look a bit different but the energy is the same. Love bombing is either sort of a manipulative survival mechanism (BPD), or just a straight up manipulation tactic (narcissist), not really something you want. Especially since these people will be just as horrible as they were nice to you when the time comes.

A healthy person will not love bomb you, but will show that they like you, those gestures will just be appropriate for the stage of your relationship. For example, you want someone who keeps in contact and seems excited to spend time with you, but not someone who’s always blowing up your phone. Or someone who listens well and remembers important info, but not someone who seems to remember and bring up every little detail you’ve shared. Small or homemade gifts in the early stages = caring and thoughtful, expensive or dramatic gifts = love bomb-y. A woman who is into you might say “I really enjoy spending time with you,” one who’s love bombing might say “I’ve never met anyone like you. I think we were together in a past life. What baby names do you like?”
