Drink plenty of water, eat and pass your shii BEFORE the date. Designate a time and space to safely pass your gas, and further, be open and communicate if you have to leave the space to recover.

There are those charcoal tablets. Charcoal helps against gas and whatnot. Ask ChatGPT about this and you’ll see what I mean. In the middle of the date, go to the restroom abd chug 3 of those down with water and your problem will be gone.

Couple tips. Gas is caused by fiber, sugar, and starches sitting in your gut fermenting, which releases gas. You can do a little research to figure out which ones are worse for you. Reduce eating those things before dates.

Secondly, there’s a product called Gas-X or gasex, advertised for those with gas issues. Don’t take this product if you don’t wanna fart more. This product pulls the carbonated smaller bubbles of gas out of the liquid in your stool pushing it into bigger bubbles of gas that you then expel. The point of the product is to make you fart more and reduce bloating.

Fix your diet. Don't drink stuff that makes you gassy. Not even diet coke. Eat healthy food. Make sure your plate consist of 50% fiber (veggies), 25% protein (meat), 25% carbs (grains, potatoes). Eat way less than you want to, keep your plate small enough to be filled but not over eaten. Eat 4-6 times per day rather than once per day, etc, learn how to snack in a healthy manner. Drink tea that helps with removing gas. Experiment until you find your stomach problem gone.

Eat chia pudding for breakfast, it improved my digestion a lot and I am rarely farting now. I saw some doctor on instagram recommeding it because of its high fiber content. The key is having it for breakfast, it wakes up your gut and helps to diggest better throughout the day.

It happens the same to me when I get intimate with someone; and it's not even for being anxious or nervous since it happens even with long term partners where farting in front of each other is common. Sometimes it's not even for your diet since it happens only when I'm with a woman.

My only advice is to just hold it and expulse it in the bathroom whenever you have to chance.

I have experienced this many times and I have a few survival tips:

-Prior to your date/evening, only eat foods that are easy on your stomach (bananas, rice, apples, toast).

-If you're in her bedroom or in bed with her and you need to fart, go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet. Ball up a piece of toilet paper and hold it firmly against your asshole as you fart. This will work as a silencer and will muffle the noise of loud farts.

-Say that you can't sleep and you're just stepping outside for some air. While outside, fart away!

-If you smoke weed, have some available. It will ease your stomach.

Per usual 90% of the chuckle hats on here focus 90% of the effort on "treating your gas." Take a food sensitivity test. I had a similar problem too, until I cut out dairy, gluten, and eggs. But what worked for me might not work for you.

You can also try doing more cardio, that usually makes less gassy.

If you do it for 1-5 minutes, it’ll send all the built up gas out sort of like using a plunger on a toilet. You’ll have several big airy farts and be good as new for hours.

Eventually, you’ll get good at the muscle control and can just do a few breaths and pass big bubbles of gas in the bathroom/etc. and be good in 30 seconds.

Ok listen. Most of the tips here are like home remedies but doesn't talk about actual problem.

Your gut has overgrowth of bad bacteria. Those bacteria release consistent gas during basic digestion.

Its mostly would be SIBO or SIFO. You might need to check doctor and get on antibiotics like Metro and or Rifaximin for 2 weeks atleast followed by pro biotics.

This is the only thing that could actually solve the root cause rather than doing a stretch or drinking more water like that.

I used to have that when I was younger. I just stopped eating when with girlfriends. It stopped after around 27 y/o almost instantly, no idea why just stopped, no diet changes. I remember a girlfriend (most sex than gf in hindsight) where I would sleep over, hold it in all night, get up in the morning early, sneak downstairs, have earthshattering diarrhoea, shower and then go up to have earthshattering morning sex. I found just eating nothing worked better. Again, no idea what caused and it went away. It is 25 years later now and never came back; I am going to say it was some kind of nerves but dunno.

For what its worth, ever since I started making and drinking my own Milk Kefir I literally dont have gas issues anymore. Not only that I had a gluten intolerance my whole life "sharp pains in my stomach whenever I ate bread or pasta" and that is literally 100% gone now. I went about 3 weeks not drinking any and the pain when eating bread came back. Started drinking it again and 0 pain again. I'm not like super smart or anything but I understand theirs like 58 beneficial bacteria strains in milk kefir that helped many people with a lot of different digestive issues.

There's also anti gas supps on Amazon too you could probably try, or stick a dryer sheet up your booty. JKJK, too many chems... Best of luck, wishing you many happy non gassy sleepovers!

If it’s nerves, start a daily meditation practice and do some slow, deep breathing right before the date and for moments during it. Girls with anxiety tend to be attracted to me. I do things to help calm them. I start with a hug during the greeting. I take a deep breath during the hug and I relax during the exhale. The girl feels my relaxation and it helps her to relax. Yoga teachers and massage therapists tend to be calm people. You should try dating some of them. That might help you relax.
