Not unless we evolve to the point our sexual dimorphism flipped to the women being the bigger, stronger, pushier sex. But considering women are still selecting for masculine men, I very seriously doubt it. Especially since men don’t even usually consider assault. They consider it a mishap, negative experience, etc. and generally (not never) aren’t traumatized by it.

I pray no, but we will notice a "uptick" as we learn and teach more about consent and boundaries for both men and women, and men start to be taken more seriously and not victim blamed.

There’s a multitude of factors that play into the one-sidedness of sexual violence.

Men are physically more imposing than women and have higher sex drives (on average).

Men are socialized to view sex with women as a proof of their virility, social status, and their masculinity itself, whereas women are socialized to view sex the opposite way, negatively.

Whether men are more precarious by nature or nurture is relevant to your question, because if it were entirely socialization, then it might be feasible that women with identical legal standing and socialization to men might offend at similar rates (not to mention this would also require male and female jurors to cast off any preconceptions about the relevance of gender to sexual violence).

But it’s sort of batty to believe that physicality and hormones play zero role in sex crimes. I think a more realistic view is that men and women are socialized and sexualized the way that they are because their biochemistry predisposes them to certain traits, which become coded into our culture as masculine and feminine, and which subsequently get coded as predator/prey dynamics culturally.

The coding of male/female relationships as inherently predatory, the acceptance of rape myths and rape culture and purity beliefs about women, also play a large role in the disparity. It’s a world where male sexuality is viewed as predatory by default, female sexuality is prized while also being coveted, and honest conversations about sex are discouraged (which results in lack of sexual understanding and lack of proper consent/boundary discussions).

It would take a lot to invert all of that to a point where women as sexually precarious as men, and are seen that way, and offend at similar rates.

Technically, maybe (statutory by female teachers at middle and high schools), but not really.

Women just don't have the same hardware and testosterone levels as men, they're not going to start acting quite like (some) men do for the most part.

Women who seek to coerce men into doing what they want them to have always tended towards different methods (mainly social pressure, rather than physical force).

I like to think that women assaulting men will be more frequently reported and more frequently taken seriously. But I live in the US, and at the moment we seem more regressive than progressive. There's often a thing where people assume the future being one of progress, and at the moment I'm mostly focused on trying not to lose ground, and to gain any ground we can.

Men do tend to commit a pretty overwhelming majority of all violent crime, and I don't really see incentives there for women to start assaulting more.

In any society ever this has not even been close to being the case and men have always been far more likely to be the victim of a man than a woman so I really don't think so.

The police don't take any victims seriously. They are usually treated awfully by those around them and rarely get any justice. Just above your post is another saying we should default to thinking that women who say they are raped are lying, which is a common opinion.

Women currently sexually harass and assault men all the time. They just don’t get held accountable for it because men don’t play victim. If I had been one tenth as gropey and assaulty with women as women have been with me over my life (including when I was a child) I’d still be in jail.

I don't think it will become MORE prevalent, and I obviously hope that we will see less and less cases of sex crime in general.

I also think we will never have real statistics on this matter, because male-perpetrated assault is overreported by women, while female-perpetrated assault is underreported by both men and women, bar the extreme cases. That's because bars for what is considered "assault" and "consent" simply are on very different levels for women in relation to men and men in relation to anybody.

Men are socialized to view sexual interest and advances from the opposite sex (or their own if that's what they're into) positively. Women are socialized to view sexual interest and advances from men as negative and threatening (which makes some sense on the biological level - men are generally bigger, stronger and significantly less capable of self-regulating intense negative emotions). It doesn't apply to their own sex. I'm absolutely not doubting that there are many cases of male -perpetrated assault nor justifying sex crimes, but I'm quite sure that there also are many instances of men doing to women what they wish the women did to them - and getting the exact opposite reaction to what theirs would have been.

Interestingly, the assault bar flies all the way up, breaks the ceiling, shoots up and goes into the orbit for women as soon as there's no man involved - with the biologically motivated threat and socially motivated shame gone, women's tolerance for suboptimal levels of consent and desire for sexual advances is suddenly on par with men's (if not higher really, lesbians are the one sexual orientation where porn is actually an understated representation of reality). All lesbians in my life have experienced or have a close friend/partner/ex lover who experienced what could only have been qualified as rape should there be a man involved. The exact same scenario will range from criminal activity to good times, depending on who's involved.
