Since I usually accuse women of solipsism I will now betray my gender and offer an example of what I think is male post hoc rationalization.

Men don't have a type.They all like mostly the same traits.Lean ,hourglass-shaped , stereotypicaly beautiful women.However they think/say they have a unique taste in women because these are the kind of women they are used to getting.If a dude is used to be able to only bang fatties he will suddenly develop a taste for fatties .He will still though prefer Stacy.I think male sexuality adapts to what it can get .That's why men go homo in prison.

I have many times asked dudes (low value pretty much always) that say objectively ugly women are hot .When I ask them shocked how the fuck,they answer "She's exactly my type dude" when I then point to an objectively hotter woman (with no characteristics of their" type")they always admit they would rather get her than the uggo.

So in conclusion , I think that men have a certain type of women they all objectively desire and depending the available women to them they adapt and develop some base attraction to even them.
