Ok so I think most people would agree that it is not a fundamental human right to have sex with your wife. Probably even the husband in this case.

But how do you feel if you had a learning disability and the government took away your right to have sex with your spouse? Even if she or he wanted to. And if you broke that law, the government could take away your caretaker and life partner.

Also, what would happen if both partners have learning disabilities? Too much government meddling in bedrooms? Just right? Irrelevant because they probably aren’t having sex anyways? This is bound to generate interesting discussion.
