Briffault's Law -

b. Where the female can derive no benefit from association with the male, no such association takes place.

c.Past benefit provided by the male does not provide for continued or future association.

d.Any agreement where the male provides a current benefit in return for a promise of future association is null and void as soon as the male has provided the benefit."

Below are just a list of experiences of guys who were married or in LTR.

SirBot: I’ve had ex gfs who were ruthless in whatever ways they could. Tried banging friends of mine, turning friends of mine against me, finding other girls I’ve dated and joining forces with them against me. Meanwhile I just want to move on and both parties to be happy. Women are children in adults bodies so it makes sense when they act selfish and petty.

Backinthegymbro: Can't speak for married women but i legit had an ex who was my best friend, closer than anything i could ever wish for. was an amazing person. Then she breaks up with me, and legit turned into the most cold person the day after. She no longer gave a damn about me and treated me like absolute crap.

I think once a woman stops loving you, something inside of them just change. It's like they don't have respect for you as a human being, they don't simply wish you well and remember the past and all the things you did for her. They're just out for blood.

And i think when it comes to divorces, they just want to take as much from the guy as possibly, and the ones who are angry probably would want to inflict as much pain on their ex husbands as possible.

I'm not some incel or anything so don't take this wrong, but in my experience, women post break up are some of the coldest creatures i've ever come across. The way how they can disregard years of history and everything you did for her like it's nothing, and turn from loving and caring to your worst enemy in a single day is astounding. Even when my relationships ended, i always still treated my ex's with respect even if they initiated the break up.

rStyla: I was with a girl for 2 years, she told me she loved me more than anything then literally the next day (no fukkin joke) she dumped me over text and never spoke to me again... This was 3 years ago and she never even gave me a reason.

linn2640: women are inherently opportunistic and ethical relevance to that depends entirely on the women and in many cases their self-justification for doing so. I had an international student from japan (beautiful girl; 8.5/10 or higher.Half japanese/half spanish, did squats, hit on daily), who was living in canada and I was seeing her. She was a good person, all in all, but she was very clear from the beginning that the most important thing to her was to marry a white european guy and live in north america and have kids (opportunity).. rather than the opportunity to grow as a dynamic relationship over time ie. we are a commodity of sorts like women are with sex. not saying she would of left me for another guy, but it is clear that that was the highest motivating factor for her.

jasonw1178: Women are back stabbers. They are even more ruthless to each other than they are to us.

I know of a woman who when her BFF said she was tired of her man, she got her the lawyer and everything, and once it was final, she moved in with him. Said "If she was willing to throw away a good man, why wouldn't I want to pick that up".

When my GF became my ex, two of her friens were all calling me seeing if I was okay, and if I was lonely and needed company... well you know.... I was on rebound.

AgRyan: So here's my take on it.

When girls get together in a group, they will talk trash about their partner (just like guys do) but when girls do it, all their girlfriends are like "omg Jill, you deserve so much better! That guy sounds like such an ass hole! How could he treat you like that? You are a QUEEN!!!" When guys get together and complain, the guy's friends are like "Yeah bro that sucks your wife doesn't give you head anymore, mine doesn't either, you just gotta deal with it lulz". Notice the difference? I've NEVER heard a guy tell another guy he deserves better, yet this is pretty common for females. For girls it's almost okay to cheat or monkey branch if they aren't getting attention. Meanwhile, it's not even okay for a guy to like an ass pic on instagram.

Anyways, this "You deserve better! You're a queen!" hive mind groups of girls have means when the girl decides to get divorced, it's planned and calculated and by that point, she hates you. She wants to take you for everything you're worth because her friends have constantly been whispering in her ear how much trash her husband is, and only hearing one side of the story, because girls will blindly support their girlfriend, while guys will call their guy friends out for their BS.

Len: My last GF was 10 years younger than me and she and I had two good years together. She was really infatuated with me and respected me. She and I had the same job, but my extra life experience as well as my mentor-ship provided me the capital to keep her interested.

Then I got very sick and I almost died. Her interest in me was gone, evaporated in a heartbeat. Now I know this was Briffult's law in action. In a woman's mind, you take care of her, not vice versa. If she needs to take care of you, and she gleans no benefit (such as your money), very few women will stay with a man out of loyalty. Loyalty is not a female trait, not to stereotype, but we are speaking in generalities here.

The only things that used to keep women loyal were social stigma and a law that made divorce impossible without a good reason.
