being unattractive is a broad category... but from what i've seen, bad attiude, bad style, or bad choice in partner. obviously, those will all vary depending on those doing the judging.

Exhibiting petty/catty/dramatic behavior, even if our hypothetical every woman does the same.
Sense of style and personal grooming. Is X woman dressed and made up appropriately for Y situation/season/ social standard/personal standard.
Social skills and social standing.

At least this is what I observe.

Why are you so concerned with how people answer? It comes off as though you're looking for a very particular answer, possibly as a gotcha.

Edit: My bad, I answered this with things I personally judge other women for. I think many if not most women judge other women for the things I just listed, but to be on the safe side, I think I can safely say that most women judge other women for:

Poor social skills/lack of social graces
Poor fashion sense (you seem to think this is judging other women on their "attractiveness"; it isn't, at least not entirely. Fashion sense says a lot more about you than just how hot you are, and it actually ties in quite a bit with #1.)
For older/married women, the cleanliness of their home and behavior of their husband/children

Acting differently around different people (e.g. acts airheaded around men)

Being one of those girls who doesn't "get along with other girls." (Judgment in my head: FFS, either this is your ego protecting you from the fact that all other women dislike you -and men will only put up with you bc they're thirsty- or you're so thirsty for male attention that it's pathetic. There's literally no other reason)

Unnecessarily flaunting her body/sexuality. (Judgment in my head: it's football Sunday, jackass, and the bandage dress/platform heels combo hasn't been in since 2006. Go put on jeans and sneakers)

A consistent pattern of social ineptness. (Judgment in my head: this isn't hard. Seriously, how can you not read a person or room? We're supposed to be the gender that gets this)

EDIT: Bonus answer! Women who hit on taken men, or try to flirt with them. (Judgment in my head: put your tits away, you dirty pirate hooker)

I don't know about other women but I judge women who purposely exclude other people. For an example if my friend tells me not to invite Kelly to the party because she talks to much, then I will judge my friend.

Choosing never to have children - moreso the older you get.

Heavy drinking and the sloppiness that goes with it.

Other women have judged me for having sex when I'm not in a relationship. They've also judged me for my lack of fashion sense, my confidence in academic or creative situations ("Why are you so confident if you're so frumpy?!?!?!"), and the fact that I can never find a bra that fits.

I've judged other women for being judgmental, unintelligent, or unaware of the impact their decisions have on other people. It usually doesn't have much to do with relationships, since many of these women were prospective dating partners.

I judge people on their ethics a lot. If someone brags about how lazy, manipulative, sneaky, etc. they are I judge them and try not to let them into my life.

I try not to judge people on their appearance because I think it's a shitty thing to do. I might judge someone's clothes if they're wacky. I had a music teacher that wore the weirdest dresses. But most people dress okay enough for me. I've never been big on brands or expensive things (because i'm poor).
