What a waste of internet space. First and foremost, I don't believe any of those quotes were genuine, they read as if they were either fabricated entirely or by women prompted to be as mean as possible. It reads like rage bait carefully crafted in a lab to piss off dudes as much as possible, and going by the comment section full of death threats, it worked. Hell, I'm a BP woman and it pissed me off, for a whole multitude of reasons. Not just at face value, but at the damage it does reinforcing shitty stereotypes - like that all women are callous bitches, the 33 year old talking about "who doesn't love destroying men" give me a break - and driving people already upset further over the edge.

This does not reflect my actual experience as an adult woman at all. I don't know anyone who thinks or talks this way.

This is the one I most relate to. I was with a guy that had what I strongly, strongly think was a microdick. (I never took off his pants, but just feeling around on multiple occasions - microdick)

If I didn't break up with him for being a dick, I would have broken up with him for his microdick. Just not compatible. But one thing that I have never done is reveal this to my friends (who hated him). I like to think I have class and don't outright shame someone for what they can't really help.

I had an interesting conversation with a friend about small dick jokes. I asked her why there's a lot of small dick jokes when people hang out, but less small titties jokes.

She said: "Perhaps it's only because you can instantly see if somebody has small tits but you can't see if somebody has a small penis. So whenever there's a woman with small tits at the table you can't make a small titties joke. It would be embarrassing for the girl because everybody in the conversation can see that she has small tits. You can always make jokes about small dicks because people don't see if the guys at the table have small dicks."

I found that refreshingly different from the common "it's okay to make jokes about men but not okay to make jokes about women."

Unfortunately people often aren't considerate and make jokes about short men for example even if a short guy is hanging out with them. Same with overweight people. It sucks.

It boils down to whether they are attracted to you or not - and that's all. If they are, your cock is the biggest thing they've ever seen(if it is actually big) or "just perfect"(if it isn't). If they're not, then it's worthless - either you're too big and don't take their needs into account (the "selfish lover") or you're too small and can't do it right.

I have personally never heard anyone make fun of a guy who has a small weenie, but I have heard people say a guy must have a small dick if he drives a car too fast etc.

Personally, I haven't been with a guy who has a small one, so I don't have direct experience. But if it came to a choice between a good-looking, genuinely nice guy with a small one and an arrogant guy with a big dick - I'd choose the first every time.

I think it's terrible to make fun of small dicks - must hurt men who have them. For that reason, I wish it would disappear from our vocabulary.

These women sound like bitches. I can't think of a single woman I know who has spoken negatively about a sex partner's penis size. I know a few of my friends have XL penises and I know who is circumcised- we have discussions around whether any of us would have our sons circumcised and personal experience comes up (my husband and I are firmly NO on that BTW).

Well this made me procrastinate and learn something interesting, that being the ideal penis in history, and mostly about the Greeks.

To understand where the Greeks were coming from on penis size, you have to know what they thought about male lust and civilization. If you've ever been to an exhibition of Greek statuary, you'll have noticed that their appendages aren't exactly big and bold. In fact, they're delicate, small, and uncircumcised. Why? Because that indicates that the man is a civilized one; large penises were known to be objects of lust, and a small one was a sign that the person being depicted was above being driven by such fleshy pleasures.

Ok, so to clear up one preconception that folks in this subreddit who talk about penis size like to make: "tiny dick" does not mean "anything smaller than a down-to-the-knees baby-leg monster cock that we will assume for the purposes of discussion is owned by a black man." I think the illustrative references those women make show consistently that they are talking about men with considerably smaller-than-average penises.

But onto the subject at hand, I think women who make fun of small penises do so for the same reason men might--if you want to injure someone with words, that's a pretty solid way to do it, given the amount of anxiety we have in our culture about penis size. I think the majority of the responses there (and by the way, that is what this amounts to: ten individual responses, at least one of which is clearly tongue-in-cheek) suggest this.

I also don't really get what point this is supposed to make one way or the other.

I think it's wrong to shame guys who have a small penis. I think it's pretty low behavior to make fun of anyone's looks in general though. It's fine to not be attracted to someone because of a physical trait, but there's no reason to try to make people feel like shit over those traits.
