Because most people don't take good care of themselves and many look played out by their mid 30s.

This is why we tell men to stay active and in shape. The older you get the lower the bar for good looks for your age group gets, so if you stay in shape you'll stand out.

I doubt most 35 year old guys are going to complain if they can only pull 25 year olds as opposed to college girls.

haha, don't worry. There's nothing wrong about being attracted to younger men. I'm 29 and I am only attracted to young women myself. What is strange is that I look at these guys who should be in their prime and there's nothing special about them.

With the exception of a few(tall, muscular guys etc) dudes I'm more attractive than most of the young guys I come across, and college as a 29 year old man surrounded by college girls is like shooting fish in a barrel. I know what to say. I know what to do. I know what to not do. Its pretty hilarious also, to see 18 year old guys interested in 38+ year old school teachers, and not interested in attractve girls their age. What's even funnier is that I look my age - I'm not asian, so I don't have the fountain of youth yo - and still not a day goes by without several very young women who are also quite attractive checking me out, smiling at me, and going out of their way to attract my attention.

Funny thing is that I didn't change much from my high school days. I'm still wearing clothes I had almost 15 years ago, lol. I'm not overweight, but the majority of the guys here are not overweight either, so I don't know why so many young, attractive girls notice my existence in a positive manner. Maybe they all have daddy issues or something. I've never smoked in my life. I don't drink. I very much stay away from the sun, and my parents also don't seem to have aged much, so there's that.

Whereas older women, the women who are my age. I can't really feel attracted to them. They don't look good at all with some exceptions. They're also very one-dimensional, interested in having children and marriage, plus they hold on to their sexuality like by closing their legs they are going toget commitment out of me, LOL. You guys want to piss off an older woman ?Show her pictures of you making out with a 18 year old 9/10 girl, ahaha.

I can understand where your coming from, but from the sound of it your comparing the top early twenties guys to the average mid thirties guys.

The average 35 year old man can not in any way or form compete with the average 20 year old guy.

What do you define as average here though? That's a very vague concept. Usually an average guy wouldn't even be attractive to most women (on my scale).

I agree. I think men's attractiveness peaks in his late 20s.

But by our cultural standards, men have more opportunities than women accrue non physical attractive qualities. These values are easier to gain as we age, which stops a total crash in our dating value once we start to wrinkle and gray.

The idea that as they reach their mid 30's and early 40's younger girls will go crazy for them, is the most blatant example of cargo cult esque, self-delusional twerp hamstering I have ever heard of.

I'd say most of them are actually unattractive and poor socially and they think they just need to wait it out and that they can have their second shot at nailing teenage girls which they missed out on when they were late teens and college years.

Mid 30s men can easily attain women 10-13 years younger if they are successful and keep in shape.

35 y/o male here dating a 24 y/o blond blue eyed chick.

Also, i work out with her at a gym inhabited by mostly people from college. Don't see the younger guys being physically better for the good majority of cases.

The few who beat me don't have any of the other factors that I bring to the table.

Ergo, no concerns are given when I go to the gym.

Im 25 and attracted to younger guys too! I wouldn't go as low as 18 or 19 but I love guys with more baby face than the bearded grizzly look. I don't know why either.

I think you're just trying to take men down a peg. You know how a woman's looks decline rapidly past mid 20s-30s and it upsets you that guys have it better (ie guys get more attractive with age, to a point).

But hey, being a cougar isn't too bad. Although I doubt the hot younger guys will have much interest in you unless you put out fast and furiously.

Also funny how your guy is actually older than you, which kinda invalidates your point. At a minimum, it reinforces a point TRP often makes: ignore what a woman says, look at how they act.

9 times out of 10 when a much older man gets with a young woman the young woman is either obese or physically unattractive or he is loaded with money and has exceptional status. When you get older and uglier your tastes in men will more than likely evolve. People usually go for those with similar SMV to themselves. Exceptions do exist yes but they are not the general rule. You will deteriorate as you age and chances are you will eventually be attracted to men who are wrinkly and balding.

The average 35 year old is a lot fatter than the average 20 year old. Try comparing athletic individuals from each age range, considering that TRP heavily emphasizes fitness and lifting.

Also hilarious considering I dated a 19/20 year old when I was 30 (for about a year), and am now currently with someone 8 years younger than me. Guess I look pretty good for my 30s... or I'm delusional.

Part of it is due to grooming habits and how I dress, but any one of my past partners would agree I'm far better looking now than I was 10 years ago. I just lol at all these people thinking no one improves their appeal to people younger than them as they age. Straight up ignorant.

Most guys at the gym/bars/clubs have bad skin and are balding.

have to wonder. Now I'm not the best judge of male prettiness but I would say up to a certain age men who take care of themselves don't change all that much.
