(rule #3). so started doing it with 1, 2, 3 and quickly this gave me a mentality i don’t need just one i can have my pick which just thickened and solidified my game! this yielding higher results! then started catching feelings on my first conquest but realized like gravity what goes up comes down and saw other guys who could pull game/personality could have her too saw her laughing with him been googly and realized she wasn’t mine! she was mine at the moment i had her (rule #1). so i just went neutral and enjoy the conquest! now i’m starting to work out again get some muscles adding it to the equation and it’s just going UP! but i feel getting muscles is just for show to get their initial attention to make them turn heads, but the personality is what’s closing my game! I’m now in person X radars trying to talk to me because he knows i’m competition now! some of his girls come talk to me now! so i can see him trying to build an alliance! which if you do you end up becoming the cool kids and can start your circle to run whatever location aka in my situation our works social club! but nah maybe later! i’m just having fun building me! TL:TR: if you will take one thing is treat girls like they’re below you! this mindset will look like you’re confident in their eyes (instead of you worshipping them on a pedastool) i now treat day 1, or supervisors, or 8/9, young or old women. I found that consuming more calories than my base BMR while keeping sugars ultra llow works. i've been losing fat (BF% and gross amount) while putting on muscle. I eat 1G of protein per pound of 'projected' lean body mass (ie: what i want to reasonably be) then keep my carbs/sugars below 45G for the day (never more than 15G per sitting) and control calories by modulating fat intake.

i think the mutually exclusive 'gain/cut' is from a carb-eaters point of view, yes a lot of calories via carbs causes insulin spikes and glucose becoming fat.

it can take some time to become 'fat adapted' don't think full keto either. look up "marks daily apple" (mark sisson) on slow carb and becoming fat adapted. unless you're really really rare, you don't need carbs like you think you do. humans can make them in the liver if needed (from protien). whereas we 'need' protien and fat.

some carbs on very high intensity days (days you dumped serious glycogen out of your muscles) can be nice boost. the items you mention are higher in fiber, so some of the 'carbs' are not counted as 'net carbs' but still figure their sugar content (not the fiber part) in your insulin generating calcs.
