Some things didn't add up. Firstly it's men who spam women with WYD. Secondly a man who spends more on weed than on rent would not be witty enough to think of sending a sassy photo reply and would not have the willpower to go through with making it.

In the most plain terms, my comment is: a woman wrote this up, pretending to be one of the men who mocked the original woman’s bills, for comedic purposes. As in, the guys making fun of her don’t have a pot to piss in but think they’re on her level.
This was years back, but I’m sure you can still find the videos upon videos of black men criticizing her spending, meanwhile, those same men have cracked, ashy lips and are most likely spending their money the way the person who wrote the mocking note wrote it out. 😂
