Things seem to be fine and well, but shots across the bow like these billboard ads are frequent denoting some hostility. In the terms of the grandeur scale, I think gender relations are going backwards in terms of the series of events of warfare:

Normally there's open hostilities, then a cold war, then are semblance of peace.

The gender war between men and women seem to be going in the opposite direction: we had peace and harmony for most of our history, we are now at the cold war stage......sounds far fetched, but look at the crazy world we are in now, could the stage after cold war come next?

What this means all men of all age (even boys) are dangerous so every mother on earth should run away in fear of her son doing bad things. Now, what most men do? For example, my first job there was an IT office job. I had just moved to the UK from Serbia. In Serbia it's totally cool to compliment someone, for example: Hey Sarah, looking nice today, love the dress. It's a nice thing to say to someone and makes them feel good about themselves, what's the harm right?

Well I said something of this nature and got my ass chewed out by my boss, the girl didn't even mind, she actually liked it but my boss overheard. A couple of weeks later another girl started hitting on me in the workplace, she was very direct about it, everyone could see and overhear but they just laughed and poked fun at me as if we were in primary school.
